Eigentlich ein Studentenwohnheim - im Sommer teilweise umfunktioniert zu einem Hotel. Modern, hell und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer mit Kühlschrank zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt. Einziger Nachteil: die Straße ist stark befahren und der Verkehrslärm je nach Lage des Zimmers und gekipptem Fenster sehr deutlich zu hören, einschließlich der Straßenbahn. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Good place to stay with modest accommodations. The room was not very stylish, but it was very contemporary, clean and practical. There was not many common areas in the hotel to hang out or utilize other than the room in the lobby area unless you booked a private conference room

Leider hat uns niemand gesagt, dass wir zuerst einchecken und dann in die 700m entfernte Garage fahren müssen, da ja beim Hotel kein Check-in Parkplatz ist. Deshalb etwas verwirrend mit gebuchtem Parkticket, welches dann auch nicht gültig war bei der Ausfahrt aus der Garage, deshalb doppelt gezahlt. Warte noch auf Erstattung

The staff didn’t come with any solution, about a reservation problem we had. There hands were tight they told us. No piece of empathy at all. Customer experience is zero. The rooms and location were fine.

Leider sind die öffnungszeiten der Gemeinschaftskueche nicht so praktisch: früher öffnen und später schliessen. Ausserdem waren wir im 2. Stock und hätten Zugang zur GEmeinschaftsküche es 1. Stockes gehabt - wussten wir aber leider nicht.

Die Unterkunft ist außer in den Sommermonaten ein Studentenheim. Es sauber und neu. Leider gibt es keine Klima und es ist unglaublich heiß!

Roomservice hat den appartement nie geputzt, es wurden nur die Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Am letzten tag kam der Roomservice garnicht. Außerdem durften wir die Küche die im Appartement war nicht benutzen und mussten die gemeinsam Küche verwenden. Es gab kein Besteck sondern nur 3 Tasten und 3 Gläser sonst nichts. Herd ging garnicht an. Und es gab keine Klimaanlage, also stimmt Ihre Beschreibung nicht mit dem was ich erhalten habe überein. Fitnessraum war mega klein und man dürfte nur durch einer der Mitarbeiter rein, also alleine rein gehen geht nicht und ist nur von 9 bis um 21 uhr zugänglich.

Friendly staff, the hotel seems like a mixed hotel / university residency, breakfast is on the side but quite good and worth it. Underground at about 10 min walking distance. Would recommend and would stay again in a next trip to Vienna.

We loved the friendly helpful staff and the clean modern hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and beyond our expectations. Most of the hotels that we have been to in past had nowhere near the selection and quality of food at breakfast. Many hotels in North America (where we are from) could learn from Hotel Leo!

El hotel es bueno y el personal muy amable en una ocasion nos atendio una chica que hablaba español super atenta, las habitaciones son como pequeños apartamentos pues tienen area de cocina pero no cuenta con platos, en general esta muy limpio un poco lejos de los puntos turisticos pero super cerca de la estacion del metro y en Viena el metro es muy facil de usar, te alquilan scooters que es una buena opcion para movilizarse, lo unico que no nos gusto es que habia mucho calor en la habitacion, y la nuestra no tenia aire acondicionado solamente um ventilador que no enfriaba realmente la habitación. Como puntos a favor es que es todo nuevo, limpio, te guardan tu equipaje luego del check out, tienen una pequeña nevera, microondas y tetera, las sabanas muy limpias y toallas suficientes.

The apartment with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom worked really well with a family. It was very comfortable and clean, plus quiet. It was warm at night but there was an electric fan in each bedroom. It would have helped to have some cutlery and plates.
