Though the room is a bit small, it is so comfy and clean. It is so close to the city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We would love to stay here again if we come to Vienna!

地处最繁忙的步行街之端，斜對国家歌剧院，近旅客資咨中心，位置非常优越。整个舊城区都在步行之范围内。

我们是来欣赏歌剧，從酒店去国家歌剧院只要幾分钟，非常方便，白天参加多瑙河遊船河，或在步行街購物後，回酒店休息，梳洗更衣軽鬆步行去歌剧院 cafe 晚饭。準時到歌剧院入座。非常方便舒适。

位置優越

此酒店位置一流，就在歌劇院斜對面，步行街上。Reception 在二樓，睌上八時後無工作人員，樓上住家型，出入要用鎖匙開門。每天執房人員比較大意，例如洗頭水、沐浴液等，不會主動補充。房間內有咖啡供應，但有時漏了糖包，有時漏了奶包。

Great location

It's location is so convenient that I saved a lot of time and money on transport to the places I visited and back to the hotel. The room is clean with basic facilities all there. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. Great choice for budget travel.

温馨便利的小酒店

相当热情友好的的前台，有homestay的感觉。入住拿到的是钥匙而不是房卡。房间不大，十分温馨，能感觉到经营者的用心。设施都比较旧，但是非常干净好用，让人很有亲切感。不要管网站上面的地址门牌号码，因为根本找不到。你只要记住，地铁U4出来就看见Opera House，然后过十字路口，朝步行街入口走，入口处右边第一家是星巴克，再往里，星巴克旁边是一家souvenir shop，酒店的入口就在他们两家之间。小小的一个绿色标示贴在门上，需要按门铃，前台会给你开门。解决了找酒店门这个问题后，基本上就没有其它问题了。步行距离到达主要景点，公共交通非常便利。

Really liked staying here. Very conveniently located a few minutes walk from the state opera. Clean and comfortable. One star deducted for not having a clothes iron. When asked, the hotel staff said it was a fire hazard, every other hotel I have been to has not had this issue, and this is a basic amenity. Otherwise great.

Location is superb with an affordable price, right next to opera house, tons of restaurants, cafes and tea shops, phone shop A1 just next door able to get your SIM card sorted (although we end up choosing another company as they offer better EU options), grocery stores and U1 station also very close. Air conditioning is great, no problem during our 3 nights stay in end of August. Our room (cheapest option though) has windows only look into the courtyard and windows of the other side of the wall, a bit dark, not much sunlight. All self- check in, the front door is right next to a very busy bear coffee shop, can be easily overlooked, but not as hard as some people said in the comment. The toilet is good size and probably recently done, but the shower room is quite small (approx 60x60 cm2); it equiped with hair dryer. Hand/bath soap, no toothbrush or other toiletries, 2 towels and face towels and a floor mat. The bedroom is old looking but reasonably clean, the couch has some stain. Also, has a small fridge with complementary bottle water, a pod coffee machine and a kettle, a pair of cups and cutlery.

Traditional Viennese decor. Very conveniently located. Steps from the Opera. Right above Hiiich and across from Sacher. Lively location on pedestrian street. Nice atmosphere but somewhat noisy during the night (but we could then close the windows and turn on the AC).

The self check-in was great. The main entrance to the suites was a little obscure and hard to find in between the shops, we figured it out though. The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked very well. We thought the beds were very comfortable and we especially liked the complimentary tea and coffee near the wet bar. The bathroom sink had a slow drain, but it was fine for our one night stay. The location was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again!

The place was okay. The elevator is very small, but the rooms were clean and exactly as we expected. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city and just need a clean place in a great location, this is a good option. Just be aware that you need to complete the online check-in before you arrive. Everything is contactless, and there isn’t a staffed front desk—we never saw anyone during our stay.

You cannot ask for a better location central to all of the major sites! The beds were comfortable and the coffee station was a nice touch. Loved the authentic style of the room. There was no guide for the TV (as far as what channels were available), but we weren’t there to watch TV! Having some light dimming shades would be helpful, but didn’t really affect us. Cleaning staff were friendly and attentive! Will stay there again for future trips.

オペラ座が少しとホテルザッハーが目の前に見えるホテルで、観光に最高のロケーションです。徒歩圏内にたくさんの観光名所があります。歴史ある建物内の豪華な内装にときめきます。ホテルザッハーのカフェはいつも並ぶので、朝イチで並ばず入店できるのがとてもいいです。タクシーもすぐにつかまります。入り口は秘密基地みたいです。エレベーターは人間1人とスーツケース１つ乗れる小さいタイプです。暗証番号を使った電子キーなので、使い方に戸惑うかも。シャワーの温度調節ハンドルが非常に硬く、翌朝にハウスキーパーの方に助けていただきました。とても優しい感じの良い方でした。設備で気になったのは、その点だけです。中心部なので夜まで賑やかです。徒歩圏内に夜10時11時まで空いているレストランがあるのも便利でした。

Hotel semplicemente perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è impareggiabile: centralissimo, letteralmente di fronte all’Opera e affacciato sul corso principale, ideale per muoversi comodamente a piedi e vivere appieno la città. La camera era impeccabile, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente e raffinata. Ma ciò che ha reso davvero speciale il soggiorno è stato il personale: estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, sempre con un sorriso sincero. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un delizioso pensiero: un bigliettino di benvenuto personalizzato e dolci tipici adagiati sui cuscini, un gesto che ci ha fatto sentire subito coccolati. L’attenzione ai dettagli è stata costante per tutta la durata del soggiorno: il giorno di Pasqua, prima della partenza, abbiamo trovato in camera una splendida sorpresa, con un cestino ricco di uova di cioccolato e persino un grande coniglio di cioccolato per ciascuno. Un tocco davvero speciale e inaspettato. Anche i servizi erano all’altezza: ambienti eleganti, silenziosi e ben organizzati, perfetti sia per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro sia per iniziare al meglio la mattina. La colazione, inoltre, era varia e di qualità, con prodotti freschi e tipici. Un’esperienza che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Senza alcun dubbio, se dovessi tornare a Vienna, sceglierei di soggiornare qui ancora e ancora. Consigliatissimo.
