Great location, clean room, beds comfortable

I liked the location, the check-in process, the comfort of the room and for the price it was a good value. The only complaint I have is the overhead LED lights don't turn all the way off.

Cosy and properly room in the city-centre

We stayed in this place close to Vienna opera house and right next to Hofburg for 4 nights. We enjoyed our time from the beginning. Starting from the simple check-in via key safe through to an easy return the same way when we left. We got all necessary information in time.

Meine Reise nach Wien am Sonnabend, 26. April, begann mit einem Eklat. Bei Anreise stand das bei Fewo-Direkt gebuchte Apartment im Palais Palffy (1 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, 22m²) vom 26.4. bis 5.5.2025 nicht zur Verfügung, obwohl Termin und ausgewähltes Apartment mehrmals, zuletzt am 24.4. bestätigt worden sind. Am 26. April stand ich vor verschlossenen Türen und fand vor Ort weder Ansprechpartner noch Informationen. Telefonisch erfuhr ich nur, das Gebuchte könne ich erst am nächsten Tag (27.4) beziehen; man biete mir aber einen Ersatzraum zu der Bedingung, dass ich dafür sofort 215 zu überweisen hätte (zusätzlich zu den bereits für die Übernachtung bereits gezahlt 150). Ich war fassungslos und sehr erregt, ob solcher erpresserischen Wucherei und Rücksichtslosigkeit (über 365 für ein Fehlverhalten des Vermieters). Weitere telefonische und SMS-Kontakte endeten abrupt und schaltete auf stumm. Das unverbindliche und rücksichtslose Verhalten hat mich selbst, einen Mann im hohen Alter, ungewöhnlich hart getroffen und an die Grenzen der Belastbarkeit gebracht. Ich übernachtete dann in einer Pension. Am nächsten Tag ging es weiter: Ich konnte nicht das gebuchte Studio beziehen, sondern nur ein Mansardenzimmer (ca.16m², Kategorie Zweisterner). Meine Beanstandungen habe ich schließlich schriftlich dem Vermieter aufgelistet und Schadenersatz sowie Schmerzenzgeld gelten gemacht und habe keine substantiierte Antwort erhalten. – Ferdinand S., Berlin
