While the property is tired and needs updating, it was clean and comfortable for me to rest my head for the night. Access to public transit is excellent. Also the area around is somewhat walkable for shopping and dining, though it is busy with traffic on the Leesburg Pike.

Room clean and comfortable, ac and heat were fine. But our hot water was I inconsistent. Other than the signs in the parking lot needing to be replaced and hot water it was great .

The shower water would not work. At all. The water in the sink would not get warm past tepid. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included fresh waffles, egg casserole and sausage patties. But plumbing in room was broken.

The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly clean. However, the shower head had orange mildew. The clothes hangar rack was dusty and the hangars were in inconvenient positions and impossible to move out of the way. The sink drain stopper had no ability to change from the plugged position without taking the plug out. The carpet in the room felt tacky. Front desk staff was helpful but not friendly. Breakfast was ok. I was frustrated because coffee ran out by 8am when I showed up on Saturday when opening is 7am, so within an hour of opening. Staff were not friendly or helpful about getting out of the way once coffee was made, more concerned about fiddling with the hot water maker! She totally ignored those of us waiting to get finally available fresh coffee! Will it stay here again.
