Great property, near all the main attractions of Vienna. It’s a little more dated than expected and compared to the pictures but overall, we had a great stay! The staff was really friendly and helpful, from check-in to advices on things to do, the room was comfortable and clean, and we were in walkable distance from most of the interesting things to visit.

Besides the great location walkable to most of the sightseeing sites, this hotel has an excellent stuff. Everybody is so professional, kind, helpful, especially at the breakfast area where they made everyone feel special in multiple languages in addition to a nice fresh food, which was the great way to start your day. The hotel is also very clean, has a nice sauna and a little exercise area, very quiet. It was recommended to me by a friend who stayed there prior, and now I would also do the same.

Great modern hotel steps from Karlsplatz and easy walk to the inner city. Lovely inner courtyard. Staff are superb, helpful and accommodating. Standard Room was a good size and beds were very comfy with real feather duvets and pillows. Breakfast buffet (and extras) was extensive, high quality and delicious. Highly recommend.

Personal (im Empfang, Frühstück und Bar) sehr sehr freundlich! Frühstücksauswahl hervorangend. Zimmer und auch Frühstücksbereich + Bar modern und stilvoll. Supermarkt und Drogerie innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch die Innenstadt an sich ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen (etwa 15 Minuten).

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it. The receptionist was extremely polite and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making the check-in process smooth and comfortable. I also really appreciated how quickly my room was changed upon request—this was handled promptly and without any hassle, which made a big difference to my overall experience. A special mention goes to Daniel, the waiter, who was incredibly nice and friendly. His warm attitude and attentive service truly stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, great service and a positive experience. I would happily stay here again.

We have never experienced a hotel that the maid didn’t make bed. Complained to the front desk, they said they will investigate but nothing happened. We sent a message to the hotel also no response! In addition to the unmade bed, the cleaning crew never cleaned the room and bathroom floors. The carpet in the room has stains and looks disgusting. There are hooks to hang the towels and clothes in the bathroom. The hotel is centrally located.
