Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Baby) hatten eine Buchung für 3 Nächte. Aufgrund von Krankheit wollten wir diese gerne verschieben (nicht stornieren). Jedoch hat das Hotel diesen Wunsch sowohl telefonisch wie auch per Email abgelehnt mit dem Verweis auf die Buchungsbedingungen. Dies ist zwar juristisch richtig, die fehlende Kulanz sowie Gesprächsbereitschaft sind trotzdem enttäuschend und der heutigen Zeit nicht angemessen. Entsprechend möchten wir hiermit andere Reisende informieren bzw. warnen und können dem Hotel nur die absolut niedrigste Bewertung geben.

Magnifique hôtel flambant neuf. Chambre très spacieuse. Petit déjeuner a 25€ avec beaucoup de choix : excellent, il valait le coup. Hôtel a 5 min à pied d'un métro. Le seul hic c'est que nous n'avons pas.trouve comment fermer complètement les volets de notre chambre donc nous avions la lumière du jour qui nous a réveillé

Für uns war es ein sehr sehr schönes Hotel , Die Lage war gut , Zimmer und Service waren gut Die Bar hätte etwas länger auf sein können Frühstück war sehr Vielwaltsreich Hotel zum weiterempfehlen.

Très bon séjour
Une très grande organisation. Une facilité à se diriger à l’intérieur de l’hôtel à partir du parking privé. Les indications sont très claires. Très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses. WC séparés. Petit espace salon très appréciable. Un petit déjeuner très copieux et varié. Le seul problème, sur l’annonce de l’hôtel, la possibilité d’avoir une personne parlant français. Ce n’est pas du tout le cas.

Very nice hotel in quiet location. Close to all types of transportation systems that Vienna has for use. Extremely clean hotel. Would highly recommend staying here.

Poor Choice - Stay Somewhere Else
Disappointing hotel as booked as 4* but would say more of a 2.5* No tea or coffee, no fridge, definitely not soundproof, room was not clean, scratches everywhere, no one of authority that could answer concerns on the weekend they were apparently in Malta having a good time, rooms not cleaned, expensive breakfast, no real alternatives to eat on the weekend in this area, bed was uncomfortable, no atmosphere and if you are leaving your luggage there before a flight they don't check if you are picking up your bag (no ticket or check done).....I really can't think of anything good to say. I certainly won't be saying again.

Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption teilweise überfordert, da zb am Freitag nur eine Dame da war und tagsüber immer wieder bis zu 10 Leute warteten. Der Mitarbeiter an der Bar sagte überzeugend um 23:30h, es verkaufe nichts mehr. Auch kein Getränk zum mitnehmen. Das Frühstück um 20€ extra ist echt unglaublich überteuert. Bei allem Verständnis für die dztige sensible (Gas-,Strom-) politische Lage..

Parking is not for free 20€ per night
Everything was amazing room very nice and clean, comfortable bed with really good quality of mattress and pillow. I was disappointed in the morning when I suppose to paid 20€ for one night parking and I didn't know that the parking wasn't for free.In the description doesn't specify about parking fees.In Prater is 8€ for 24 hours parking .

Schönes, verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist mit €20,- für das was geboten wird überteuert Die Zimmer sind modern und funktionell ausgestattet. Im Bad fehlt ein Mülleimer und die Flecken an der Wc Wand sind auch nicht ansprechend. Der Wasserhahn ist zwar stylisch aber äußerst unpraktisch, da man immer komplett geduscht ist wenn man sich die Hände waschen will. Sehr positiv ist, daß die Check-out Zeit erst um 12.00 Uhr ist

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und Ordentlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind etwas unbequem und hart. Die Austattung ist auch sehr einfach gehalten. Da es sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich ist, kann ich es weiterempfehlen. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
