A family-like apartment with all the thing you need, including a kitchen with different types of coking stuffs. The host is friendly and helpful.

Poor service - upon arrival I was informed that my apartment was not available. They provided a smaller alternative but 1.5 km away by foot. No face-to-face contact with all correspondance via e-mail or phone/text. Some 2 weeks later - I am still waiting for receipt/invoice but they have already taken my money. Promised me a discount but am still waiting for that.

Appt très bien placé, amènagement perfectible

Nous étions 5 à loger dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux et très bien placé. Points négatifs : * la salle de bain n'est accessible que par une chambre et pour les occupants de cette chambre il faut déranger la personne logeant dans le séjour pour aller aux toilettes. *La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée mais le compteur électrique est faible pour les éléments prévus.

You MUST NOT stay here

At the first night of our stay, we couldn't lodge in this appartment. The manager totally forgot the appointment of the key delivery, although I had definitely called him two days before. He said, "Now I'm in Germany, not in Vienna! Why didn't you call me beforehand?!" ...He tried to gloss over his negligence. But anyway, in my iPhone there remains a history of my calling on Thursday morning. The manager offered us a stay in another appartment. While he managed to prepare the room, we were forced to stay in a train station for one and a half hour, with 9 months baby and 70 years old mother-in-law. And then, we had to march all the way from the station to the new appartment. On the next day finally we were ALLOWED to move into this appartment. But the things that we could get were... only some words of apology from a colleague of the manager, and 25 euros as a taxi fare. Of course I complained about it, and then the colleague suddenly got angry and said, "Get out from here, if you say such a thing!" I had payed nearly 100 euros per one night for the stay. Why we couldn't stay in this appartment at the first night????? I cannot understand at all...

Old town easily accessible by the U

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to a subway stop that takes you directly into Old Town Vienna. Billa supermarket is right down the street and great if traveling with kids. The only two negatives include the worn down dinning furniture and the strange bathroom layout. There is one toilet and a small sink near the kitchen and a shower and sink (and washer) in the " master bathroom". Difficult layout when traveling with a larger group. Lastly, the cleaning lady arrived before check-out and told us it was time to leave when clearly it was not. She waited impatiently by the door until we left. This was an unpleasant ending to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Excelent appartment near the Center!!!

Very friendly staff. The appartment is very clean, confortable and quiet (as also the neighborhood). Only a 5 mins walking from Praterstern Metro Station. As it dont have an office in there, you must call first to the reservation number provided to get the keys.
