Just location

Very good location to enjoy the attractions of Vienna. You can cook or wash clothes in this apartment. Bed is combined by two mattresses and thus, not so comfortable. You can pay some money to check in earlier or check out late or drop baggage in the apartment. Finally, the electric power was tripped off at night. We took shower and packaged baggage in the dark.

DISAPPOINTED EXPIERENCE!!

So disappointed! When arrived afternoon, I've made so many times phone call for help(there are two numbers of telefone left nearby the door outside). But no one anwser the call! I remember first name of the call is "Nico". and pay the other 40 euro additional without choice. So terrible expierence!! Than I shall not believe such "appartment". Only HOTEL is the best choice!!

Location location location

The location is absolutely amazing ! I had arranged for the representative to meet us at 2pm, however they were no where to be seen which made me very nervous...after calling the mobile # I was told "the representative was helping other guests at another location" would have been nice to receive a phone call vs. me having to figure it out...The double bed while very comfortable is small and slightly awkward to get into. The pull out sofa is very squeaky :( The layout is weird but workable. Could definitely use sprucing up and the supplies were VERY minimal. The pictures shown must be of several apartments only some of them corresponded to ours. Also beware of the taxes I was charged $177.00 in taxes for 2 nights!!

Boa estadia

Ótima localização. Espaço bom com cozinha equipada. Muito próximo do metrô e centro de Viena. Pontos a melhorar: não tem ar condicionado, apenas dois ventiladores de chão que ajudam pouco e faz muito calor. As fotos que tem no site mostram um apartamento melhor conservado diferente da realidade. Não tivemos limpeza do apartamento nos dias que ficamos hospedados

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist hervorragend. Die Fenster unseres Appartements gingen zu zwei Lichthöfen. Mit Aussicht war also nichts. Dafür war es andererseits sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Essen Kochen hat funktioniert. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe; Restaurants und Cafes sowieso.

Excellente situation géographique au coeur de ville historique avec plein de commerces (et jolies boutiques ) et d ' animation. Appartement très agréable mais matériel de cuisine à rafraîchir comme la poêle, les couteaux même sans faire de grande cuisine. Accueil et disponibilité du personnel très agréable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Best for basic needs travelers.

Perhaps our negative review is due to our expectations of the property, but this is not a hotel. This is an apartment. We have stayed in other properties with apartment in the name, and they still operate like a hotel with a reception desk, common areas, and staff. We expected this to be similar. Instead, when we arrived and found ourselves at a loss where to check-in or even enter, we called the phone number for our reservation, and it was explained to us that we would be met with keys. He arrived about 15 minutes later, showed us the apartment and its features, answered our questions, and then let us get on with our day. As for the space itself, it's a bit awkward. The bedroom is tiny, and the bed must be pushed against one wall. This forces one person to either climb over the other to exit, or scoot down to the foot of the bed. The living room furniture is not terribly comfortable - the couch was very hard, and the chairs at the table were also uncomfortable. There is a small step from the kitchen to the foyer/washroom area, so when not paying attention, it's easy to trip. The only basic toiletry provided are a small bottle of shampoo (which was not replaced when empty) and small bars of soap. We found some condiments in the refridgerator, but were unsure how long they had been there. There was a washing maching, but no detergent - we had to buy it and then left it there. The area can't be beat, but this was not our style.

Plus: - This is a phenomenal location, first and foremost - it literally could not be better. - Close to public transportation, but right on the walking street, so no real need. - The high ceilings make a small space feel less closed. - The bathroom was modern and nice. - There were good basic amenities in the apartment, and nice bedding and towels. Minus: - There was hair in the bathroom. - The lid on the bathroom garbage was broken and fell off with a loud clang when opened. - I did not realize when I booked for our family of four that the two "extra" guests literally doubled the price, making it extremely expensive, considering my children had to sleep on a couch.

Pros: Location is perfect, just steps from Stephensplatz and the subway. Apt was very clean. Cons: double bed in a loft (yes, up very steep stairs/ladder), washer but no dryer, horrible mattress, no towel bars. Summary: from reading the cons, it sounds bad, but the location is so outstanding that I give it a neutral review.
