Alles bestens, wir kommen sicher wieder

Wir waren über einen Monat in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral und wir konnten alles gut zur Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ob Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine etc., alles was man bei einem Langzeitaufenthalt benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Checkin/out war unkompliziert, der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Unterkunft in Top Lage, hat alles, was man braucht

Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis echt toll, Martin und Barbara haben uns echt viele Sachen zur Verfügung gestellt (Binden, Shampoo, Abschminksachen, Föhn, Gewürze, Spülmaschinentabs, etc.). Außerdem liegt es neben einer Shoppingsmeile mit vielen Läden, Bäckereien, etc. Wer in die Stadt will, hat in unmittelbarer Umgebung die U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Regio, Bus oder Tram. Der Check-in verlief auch super, kann mich nicht beschweren!

Très bien placé pour visiter Vienne

Appartement très bien, confortable, bien équipé, très propre. Situé pas loin du centre avec multiples moyens de transport public (métro, tram, bus). Idéal pour ceux qui viennent en avion, le S7 (ÖBB) relie l'aéroport à la gare de Rennweg (pas loin de l'appartement) en une vingtaine de minutes. En résumé, une très bonne expérience. Un seul regret : ne pas être resté 2 semaines... ;) Merci à Barbara et Martin.

Tolle Lage und schönes Apartment

Das Apartment liegt bequem im Erdgeschoss und hat eine tolle Lage um Wien zu erkunden. Es war alles sehr sauber und Barbara und Martin waren super nett und die Kommunikation war dementsprechend unkompliziert. Sie sind auch auf Wünsche eingegangen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage!! Alles schnell zu erreichen. Kontakt mit den Vermietern schnell und freundlich. Moderne Einrichtung, alles vorhanden. Nur die Küche ist ein bischen dunkel. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Woche in Wien.

Appartement agréable

Appartement bien équipé, à proximité des transports (bus, métro), situé près du jardin botanique et des Belvédères. L'endroit est calme. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable, disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour.

Beautiful Vienna

Lovely flat very well equipped and great location very near the centre.Transport very nearby to get everywhere and plenty of shops and restaurants within the vicinity. All in all a very positive experience.

Nice authentic place for being in Vienna

We wanted a place that made us feel like a resident instead of a tourist with a nice bed and a kitchen so that we could make coffee and light breakfasts, that was easily walkable to the central city, and to the underground. This provided all of that. There are many restaurants within a very short walk and a store within 2 blocks and the underground within 3 blocks. It only took 15 minutes to walk into the central city. We love to walk the city because where we live in the US doesn't have a feel anything like this. My wife studied here in college and wanted to be in the 3rd district. It worked excellently for us. The hosts had someone meet us right away with the key when we got to Vienna. We would stay here again.

Frühling in Wien.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr günstige Lage so dass wir ohne Nutzung von Verkehrsmitteln auskommen konnten. Sie war auch sehr gut ausgestattet und keine Hilfsmittel haben uns gefehlt.

Un apartamento muy bien equipado. 3 meses como en casa

Hemos estado 3 meses en este apartamento y es perfecto para dos personas. Muy bien equipado y todo muy limpio. El wifi funciona muy bien, la calefacción mantiene el apartamento a una temperatura muy agradable, y la cocina tiene de todo. Muy bien comunicado e incluso se puede ir andando al centro (unos 20 minutos). Martin es un encanto, la comunicación con él ha sido muy fácil y vino a recogernos a la estación de tren cuando llegamos. En general nos encantó el apartamento, lo recomiendo tanto para estancias cortas como para estancias más largas :)

Super Lage, allerdings nachts etwas laut.

Alles war sehr sauber und praktisch, die Betten ausgezeichnet. Wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen will, ist es nachts leider durch Verkehr etwas laut. Aber die Lage ist perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Fewo, zentrumsnah gelegen, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV.

Die Fewo ist erst kürzlich renoviert worden, hat für zwei Personen eine gute Größe. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sogar Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und super Vermieter

Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist nahe einer U-Bahn-Station mit der man in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähre vorhanden. Können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir würden sehr nett empfangen. Die Einrichtung hat uns gefallen, das Bett war bequem und das Bad ganz neu gemacht. Besonders gefreut hat uns die Möglichkeit unsere Räder unterzustellen, sowie die vorhandene Waschmaschine. Zur U3 läuft man ca. 10 Min, S-Bahn und Tram sind schneller zu erreichen. Aber auch zu Fuß kann man über die Hauptstraße in die Innenstadt bummeln und auch dort schon shoppen gehen. Das Schloss Belvedere ist zu Fuß nicht weit.

Super Wohnung - zentral, sauber und toll ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben super gelegen. Sehr zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum, das man mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Alles was man braucht ist um die Ecke. Das Eis im Eissalon Bortolotti ist köstlich und ein Geheimtipp! Auch vom Botanischen Garten waren wir begeistert - so nahe und so schön! Die Wohnung war wunderbar ausgestattet. Eine Küche wie bei Mama. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung und das Sanitäre ist nagelneu, alles war blitzeblank. WLAN war schnell und hat super funktioniert. Wir haben persönlich den Schlüssel überreicht bekommen, zusammen mit einigen guten Tipps zu Kultur und Kulinarik. Barbara und Martin sind liebe Gastgeber. Die Wohnung können wir absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder wohnen.
