Room was great. Spacious & comfortable. Had a Beckett where you can sit to lounge & also nice table to look out the window. The AC was nice & cold & never shuts off even if you leave the room like most hotels in Laos. Water pressure was great in the shower. The hotel was the nicest holiday inn I've ever stayed in and it's super posh unlike the Holiday Inn's in America. The gym was big with lots of equipment. Infiniti pool was Amazing. Only thing is the water was always freezing cold no matter the time of day. The front desk staff was TOP notch with their service. Everyone spoke English so well which helped. In particular-a young lady named INPENG went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were taken cared of. I had asked for her assistance on finding some items and she went above beyond to make sure those request were filled. She is the true definition of what customer service is

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was an amazing stay. The check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows for your preference. They have 24/7 room service which is perfect if you are jet lag and get hungry in the middle of the night or didn’t eat enough during the day. The washroom was spacious, well stocked, and very clean. The products they use all smell very lovely! I brought my own but couldn’t help myself in using theirs. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient and close to some restaurants if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Overall we loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Not close to the main road, the room is quiet. But the room is too small. Not satisfied for the room size based on the price. The breakfast is just so so. But the indoor pool is nice for swimming, with nice view.

Excellent place to stay!

I am from Singapore and I am very happy with the choice I have made to choose Holiday Inn Suites Vientiane by IHG. The hotel is perfectly nice and it looks new. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. In the early morning, if you are facing the right direction , you may be able to watch the sunrise from your room at around 6 am! And that's a bonus! The staff is friendly and helpful especially a lady by the name of Ms. In. She had help me a lot during my stay here by arranging the transfer of room smoothly. All this happen because of my tour being rescheduled to the very next day which I am suppose to have a transfer of room. My luggages and bags are very personal to me and I would rather handle it myself. What Ms. In did was amazing! She knew I was stress up due to the unfortunate reschedule of my tour that coincide with the transfer of room, she had came out with an idea that helps me to solve the issue smoothly. I am really happy and appreciate the help that she had given. She is professional and will definitely be an asset to Holiday Inn Suites Vientiane by IHG. So far my stay here had been excellent. I enjoy it so much! Highly recommended to all that are coming here to Laos!
