The apartment is set in the beautiful Vieste countryside, the city centre is at walking distance. There is also a secure parking next to the old town, if you want to walk and visit the city without worrying about your car. The 2012-renovated stone apartment in a pastoral setting is tastefully furnished in a country style, equipped with all modern comforts, and well kept by the owner with attention to the smallest details.
If you want to relax under the sun, the apartment offers a wonderful straw parasol and two sun loungers that you can use at Pelikano beach (with secure parking).
This is the perfect house for a carefree holiday!

Hatten einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in einer angenehmen Wohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Allerdings gingen wir von einem Ferienhaus statt einer Ferienwohnung aus. Leider konnten wir die Agentur am Anreisetag nicht für weiterführende Informationen zur Lage unseres Domizils erreichen und mussten 1 Nacht im Hotel verbringen. Auch das Restaurant der Gastgeberin LA GOLLETTA ist sehr zu empfehlen

Perfect short term stay in Vieste!
Close to Vieste - drive, cycle or even you could walk. Nice drive to many other sights, including Monte Saint Angelo and Forrest Umbra. Perfecto! Vieste Oktober 2023
Wir waren im Oktober 10 Tage in der wunderschönen Wohnung von Filomena und Michele. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse und alles ist sehr sauber. Auf dem großzügigen Gelände steht den Gästen auch ein gemauerter Grill zur Verfügung, ideal für frischen Fisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Vieste, ruhig gelegen inmitten von Olivenhainen aber wirklich nur ca. 5 Minuten vom Zentrum oder Strand entfernt. Uns hat die Wohnung, Vieste und die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Villa Loan stupenda, i proprietari davvero accoglienti, cortesi, disponibili, la casa ha tutto quello che deve avere per un soggiorno, fresca, pulita, accessoriata. Presente ogni comfort,, silenziosa con veranda con poltrona e possibilità di mangiare fuori, Parcheggio privato interno compreso, molto comodo in una località dove i parcheggi scarseggiano, posizione ottima, a 4 minuti di macchina dal mare. Vieste e il suo lungomare assolutamente da vedere. Ve la consiglio, vi troverete sicuramente bene. Un particolare ringraziamento alla proprietaria che ha dato un tocco unico al nostro soggiorno.

Wunderbare Unterkunft
Meine Tochter und ich waren 14 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Filomena und ihre Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren bei allen Fragen und Bitten sofort für uns da. Immer wieder wurden wir mit kleinen Leckereien verwöhnt. Wir hatten trotz schlechtem Wetter eine schöne und erholsame Zeit und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist phantastisch, man ist sehr schnell in Vieste (5 Minuten mit dem Auto), aber auch an all den anderen sehenswerten Plätzen. Man hat vom Garten aus einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alles in allem eine rund um empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit den besten Vermietern, die man sich wünschen kann. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Angelika und Shari

Un petit nid sur les hauteurs de Vieste
Nous avons passé 5 très belles nuits chez Filly, dans une petite maisonnette au calme à quelques minutes de Vieste et proche de la magnifique foresta umbra. Filly est très souriante et très discrète et ses animaux adorables et très câlins. La maison est très bien vous ne manquerez de rien et vous dormirez comme des bébés! On recommande les yeux fermés !

Notre séjour à cette période de debut novembre était juste extraordinaire. Le lieux est paisible, calme, reposant avec des oliveraies à perte de vue. Les propriétaires très agréables et d une extrême gentillesse. Le lieude séjour est juste merveilleux.
