In a quiet environment and not far from all amenities, the 118 m2 villa Elora located in the town of Viggianello offers you all the comfort equipment for a pleasant stay with family or friends.
With a capacity of 10 people, it is composed as follows:
An entrance,
A beautiful fitted kitchen open to the lounge area.
A living area with lounge and dining table with sea view.
A bedroom with two 140 cm double beds and a shower room.
Three other bedrooms with a 140cm double bed and their bathrooms.
As well as a bedroom with two single beds of 90cm.
There is also a beautiful terrace equipped with a plancha and a heated swimming pool, all seen on the sea.
The house is fully air-conditioned, it has wifi access and parking spaces are available on the property.
Household linen (sheets, bath and pool towels) are included.
Upon your arrival you will have to deposit a deposit of 1500€ and pay, according to the booking platform, the tourist tax.
