「Great apartment with everything you need. Enough space, a very quiet house on a quiet street. Swimming pool and garden can be used. Direct and fast train service from Catford Bridge to Waterloo East and Kings Cross. Train station just 10 minutes away. Supermarkets also close by. You feel good when you come home to the apartment. Highly recommend.」

「The home is located in a neighborhood with sidewalks and easy access to parks, food, shopping, busses and trains. My room was cozy with many ammenities( mini fridge, coffee maker, tv). The mattress was magical as I slept so very well on it! The room was quiet, as was the neighborhood. Vera was a lovely hostess who made you feel as if her home was your home too. I would definately return and stay here!」

「Had a few days visiting London. The place was very nice, it's best suited for two. Ola, our host, was very welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. I can recommend staying there very much.」

「All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. 」

「Rustige buurt met veel groen op een half uur reizen met OV naar de Londonse City. Supermarkten op 3 haltes, en kleine winkels op 10 minuten lopen. Inrichting van huis gedateerd maar netjes, schoon en ruim. Eigenaar Paolo zeer behulpzaam. Woont even verderop in de straat.」

「We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. 「The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside.」

「Were there for 4 days with my familly, catford brodge station close to the house (sometimes better to take an Uber) to go london center. Only one thing that maybe have to be adjusted => No dryer machine availaible, and no vacuum cleaner to keep the place clean :) Thank you Emmanuel for all We had wonderfull holidays」
