Chambre avec une chouette vue… La douche et les toilettes sont en commun mais très propres. L’hébergement propose une kitchenette commune mais très pratique. De plus, il est très bien situé.

Nice place for one night. Shared bathrooms woth other guests, but not bad. Not able to accommodate Gluten Free for breakfast. Close to town and gppd view from some of the rooms.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you could not enjoy our gluten free options cause we do have it daily. On the buffet theres skyr,youghurts, chiaseeds, other different kind of seeds, fresh fruits, veggies, eggs a few kinds of crackers etcWe do also make gluten free porridge or bake glutenfree bread if asking for it :)good you liked it and hope the trip was fantastic over all.

Guesthouse Carina is a very modern yet homely guesthouse with all the facilities new and very clean. Really welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms (we booked for a family of 3 and were lucky enough to get a balcony room with ocean views). The dining / shared area was a highlight with it being in a huge glass cube that gave you amazing waterfront views. Would have been nice to have warm food options at breakfast such as eggs, sausages etc given how cold it is in winter. Other than that highly recommend!

For 2 people, charged $233 and they put us in the basement, no breakfast. They asked another $40 for breakfast. No bathroom or toilet in the room. No TV. Noisy upstairs. This is like a youth hostel for a much higher price. Staff was snooty/rude.

We are so glad we stumbled onto Guesthouse Carina!! The staff was helpful and pleasant, the accommodations were clean, welcoming, and comfortable and the views were beautiful!! (You must eat in their dinning room!) The town of Vik is quaint and picturesque. There are nice restaurant down the hill, with shopping options, gas stations, and walking paths. Just a great place to take a break!! 👍👍

Chambre simple et propre. Les parties communes sont très propres. Chambre d’hôte qui ressemble beaucoup à un hôtel. Dommage que les autres hôtes soient sans gêne et préparent leur dîner comme s’ils étaient chez eux et tard (bruits, odeur, …)

It's a place made for backpackers on a tight budget. You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors and the rooms are just next to the bathrooms, dining area, and entrance so there is always noise. It's a decent enough place in a real pinch, but I wouldn't stay here again.
