「Einmalige Natur rundherum. Ein uriges Haus mit Charakter in einem abgelegenen Naturschutzgebiet am Seitenarm von Sognofjord. Hinter dem Haus - ein Zauberwald mit Eierschwammerln und Blaubeeren. Ein schöner Wanderweg führt auf den Blaubeerberg in der Nähe. Die Anreise ist nur mit dem kleinen Boot möglich und dauert eine knappe Stunde von Vik. Die Wellen am Fjord können spürbar sein, daher Wetter Bedingungen eruieren. 」

「Wow, Norway is amazing and beautiful — it exceeded even our already lofty expectations. And this VRBO was an excellent choice for the heart of our stay. Its picturesque location was also perfectly situated in the center of many possible day excursions. Coming from the USA, it was a long journey getting here. But the experiences, pictures, and memories that were made, created a once-in-a-lifetime caliber trip! We definitely will make every effort to come back!!!」

「A nice old house with enough space for us to stay. The house is old, but has everything you need to stay (although the washing machine is old, small and has low spinning so it takes some time to dry) and the wifi is poor. Lot's of opportunities for hiking in the area, and also to go with the ferry to the other side. The house is in Ortnevik (we thought it was in Bjordal) at the end of a road. Joar is a very friendly and helpfull guy, and is easy to reach. We recommend this house for a stay.」

「Absolutely perfect little home to just get away and enjoy the sights of Norway! Was originally supposed to be just me but I ended up making some friends at the hostel I stayed at in Oslo so they tagged along on the drive with me. Totally forgot to change the reservation on the way there but Ragnar was more than welcoming when we arrived!! When we got there he gave me the run down of things in great detail which was very helpful and even had a little gift for us! I wish I could keep this little...

「Even if the furniture is quite old, it is clean and totally adequate. It has a very cozy charme. The village is quite quiet and the loudest noise was that of the water stream not far from the house. The only thing that was interesting to put it mildly was the smell coming from the bathroom. One of the water drains was smelly, but you can manage by keeping the window open. All in all it is a cozy little place and we would visit again.」
