“My husband and I had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, we were offered a drink while we waited for our room to be ready. No issues with the AC in the room. The pool was open and refreshing during the hot days. The hotel has a more boutique and intimate feel to it. It's on a very quiet street and was a perfect getaway from the long days walking around the city. There's also many wonderful restaurants, parks, and train/bus stops around that are walking distance and we felt very safe walking to.……

“交通方便，近Bologna metro，附近有好多好吃的餐廳及面包店，早餐可以去喝咖啡及面包，不用在酒店吃，費用貴之餘€13, 冇什麼好吃。Internet 也可以。睡房比較細，未能放下大行李。不會員工服務非常好。”

“The staff were very helpful and offered kind assistance to our requests. However, we found the light of the hotel room was a bit too dark and not enough charging sockets near the bedside. ”

“The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. ”

“The location of these rooms between Bologna and Tiburtina stations is great. There are also a lot of food options nearby. Don't be fooled, this is not a hotel. It is 4 ground/below ground level rooms. It is hard to find, not the location but where you enter for the rooms - through a building, across an atrium, into another building and around the corner. There is no one around and you get to do a self check in...if you can find where to do a self check in! Other reviews said the rooms are dark,……
