櫃檯服務人員臉色臭，英文差，態度非常冷漠。 入住只給一次水，隔天打掃不提供，也不給飲水機，逼客人去外面買水，這樣叫做環保？

It’s a nice property but not 5-star quality. Rooms and property are old and looks dated, smells of mildew and musty. Location is close to plaza. Staff was friendly but service quality was mixed.

Excellent hotel & perfect location
We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable.
