Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).

Recreation at its finest

The property is modern and clean. Customer service was good. The room was spacious with a great view. The spa and sauna were great. The gym is outstanding, the workout machines use air compressors to generate the force that would be synonymous with normal plates / weights. You are able to dial-in the exact resistance that you need at the touch of a button. I'd never seen anything like it and I will return to this beautiful property.

Sehr neues und schönes Wellnesshotel mit Therme

Ein sehr schönes Wellnesshotel mit sehr netter und auch kinderfreundlicher Poollandschaft. Alles sauber und sehr neu. Essen (meist Buffet) sehr gut (auch vegetarisch). Zimmergröße perfekt. Badezimmer geräumig (gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Glasschreibe, durch die man vom Bett in das Bad/WC sehen kann - nicht jedermanns Sache). Parkplätze (gratis) vorhanden. Am Abreisetag bekommt man einen Gutschein für den Thermeneintritt.

Camera piccola, troppo calda con termostato non funzionante, bagno senza bidet e senza aerazione, materassi sfondati, un solo cuscino e imbottito con un pugno di poliestere (due notti insonni), tre dosi di sapone liquido e non sostituito, doccia intasata di calcare, non set cortesia, cibo mediocre, colazione scarsa. Terme stile industriale con idromassaggio a turno -praticamete non usufruito-. Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente basso: 250 euro/notte in AltoAdige tutta un'altra cosa. Difficoltà con le lingue (bisogna parlare Austriaco). Parcheggio esterno, con traina bagaglio per 200mt.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Gaben auch Tipps für schlechtes Wetter, denn am Wochenende ist die Therme doch recht voll. Die Essensauswahl war abwechslungsreich und hat gut geschmeckt. Leider waren die warmen Gänge teilweise nur lauwarm. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
