Escape to this relaxing 4-bedroom, 2 bath home in the peaceful Miami Beach neighborhood of Lower Township. Just a 30-second walk from the quiet and dog-friendly Delaware Bay shore, it's the perfect place to enjoy beach days, breathtaking sunsets and quality time with family and friends. The Cape May area is also well-known for its great birding, especially during spring and fall migration, and its world-famous hawk watch in the fall months.

Wake to beautiful water views from the primary bedroom's furnished balcony; the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. With three additional bedrooms, including a queen, a twin, and a bunk bed room featuring a full and a twin bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests also enjoy two full bathrooms, each with a shower and a hair dryer.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you might need to prepare meals, including a toaster oven/air frier and an electric kettle. Heating and air conditioning keep the house comfortable throughout the year, making it a fantastic retreat no matter the season.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outside shower, fire up the grill and enjoy dinner in the outside dining area. Two off-street parking spaces are included and there is additional on-street parking if needed.

Bath towels, beach towels and linens are available for guests. If you use them, we ask that they be washed and dried so that they are ready for our next guests. You are also welcome to bring your own linens. If you are bringing your canine family members with you, we request that you bring a dog blanket or extra sheet to cover the two couches as well as any beds that the dogs might be sleeping on (our dogs are bed sleepers so we understand!).
