Designed for comfort and calm, this serene space is perfect for families, two couples, or a quiet getaway. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes and come home to modern, coastal elegance.
Our home offers a thoughtfully designed layout perfect for relaxing, cooking, and spending quality time together. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a TV, and ample storage. The second bedroom is a true private room with its own door and closet, outfitted with a full-size bed, dedicated desk, and a comfortable chair — perfect for a remote worker or anyone who wants their own retreat. An air mattress is also available for additional guests. In the living area, enjoy a large smart TV and a clever coffee table that lifts into a dining surface. The sofa pulls out into a bed, giving you flexible sleeping for the whole group. The kitchen is fully stocked with a spacious island and two bar stools for casual dining.
🐾 Pet Friendly — well-behaved dogs welcome (max 2) for a small additional fee. Pets must be crated when left alone. Waste bags provided — $150 pet waste fee applies if waste is left on property.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash & Completely Dry any used linens/towels. They can be left dry in dryer for cleaners. If left unwashed a $150 laundering fee will be added.
Turn the AC to cool and 80 degrees.
Clean up all pet waste from the yard and property before checkout- $150 cleaning fee applied if waste is left in yards after checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was very nice. Looked like new,, everything was spotless. Walking distance to the beach. Would have been nice if it had a toaster and hairdryer. Other than that everything was great.
