“Pros: Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Es ist wirklich mit ALLEM ausgestattet, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte, insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Und wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber vor. Dazu noch bei der Ankunft Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und Wasser. Zu erwähnen ist noch die gute Lage: nur 5 Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade. Wer schnelles Internet braucht, findet inzwischen auch einen tollen Glasfaseranschluss. Für uns, die wir im Urlaub gerne die Gegend erkunden, war die……

“Pros: La casa estaba limpia, tal cual en las imágenes. El proceso de check in fácil, con el código de acceso. La ubicación para nosotros es perfecta, está en el medio de la isla, tanto tienes una hora para el norte como una hora hasta Morro se jable. La casa dispone de la barbacoa, de 4 tumbonas y un jardín de cactus precioso y super cuidado, mi hijo de 2 años estaba encantadisimo con las piedras. Se agradece mucho el detalle de bienvenida: una botella de agua y de vino. Tenía hasta botiquín……

“Nice property in a quiet residential area, about 20 mins to walk into Marina Rubicon and 10 mins to the supermarket. The villa has private parking behind an electric gate and 3 good sized bedrooms. The outside space was excellent and had the sun all day. Check in and communication was very straight forward. One small improvement would be to have larger beds in the bedrooms, they are small doubles. It’s also worth noting that neither bathroom has an external window which you can open for……

“The property was lovely, it would have been good if we told in advance that we had to pay an extra €6 per day to heat the pool. The pool was cold and dirty for most of the first week. The pillows were too thin and one double bed needs mattress changing due to sagging. Juan was very helpful and answered all questions quickly.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly. For us it was a good homebase to explore the island if you don’t want to stay in the touristy areas. After 6 pm there is not a single tourist left in this beautiful town! Next shopping in Antigua, the restaurants in Betancuria close at 6pm! I loved the house and the entire……
