This early 19th-century house, 250m², is typical of the area and is detached and located in the heart of the vineyards. Bordering the Dordogne (6km) and Lot-et-Garonne (10m) departments, it's an ideal place for exploring or relaxing, with its garden and covered 40m² terrace, garden furniture, and deckchairs. You have access to a private swimming pool (8mx5m) with a fence, a foosball table, a swing, and a slide. Open garage. Bicycles are also available. The house consists of a large kitchen with a dining area (microwave), a dining room, a living room, a pantry (tumble dryer, freezer), a family suite with two bedrooms (one with a 160x190 cm bed on the ground floor, and one with two 90x190 cm beds on the attic floor) with a private shower room and toilet, two other bedrooms (one 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds), a bathroom/shower, and a separate toilet.
