We stayed 3 nights and had a good time with the hotel having a nice location where we could walk to most attractions. Room was spacious, very helpful staff, kettle in room but teabags/coffee not replenished. Bathroom and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was quite nice with fresh fruit but yoghurts were ‘long life’.

This hotel was really close to Old Town and to bus station and bus stops, so was convenient for exploring. The room was a little on the outdated side, nothing fancy, but it was clean and worked for my needs. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful! Breakfast was included and it was amazing!!! Very good selection of hot food and cold food. The pickles were so good. The reception isn’t open 24 hours, so have to use key card to get in on the off hours.

朝早い出発に、弁当を準備してくれてありがたかった。すべてによかったが、火災発生で、夜中3時に消防士に起こされ、鎮火したといいつつ、状況確認後、さらに改めて起こされて、規則だからというので、ホテル外の退避させられた。１時間程度、宿泊者全員、退避していた。ホテルからの詫びはない。

L'albergo ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho valutato positivamente la zona in cui è ubicato, vicino alla stazione e abbastanza vicino al centro in città. A pochi passi c'è la fermata del bus e tutti i servizi. La struttura è dignitosa (3 stelle). Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti da migliorare: la sala per la colazione è molto piccola e nonostante il personale si dia da fare per liberare i tavoli può capitare di dovere aspettare il proprio turno. Il cibo è di un 3 stelle .... non vi aspettate qualità. Per quanto riguarda la camera, abbiamo alloggiato al 5° piano, è un sottotetto, Suggestiva la vista ma sempre a rischio di sbattere la testa. La pulizia della camera è al minimo indispensabile. Tutte queste criticità erano di mia conoscenza ed ho consapevolmente in relazione al prezzo. Se siete esigenti ed abituati ad hotel di lusso questo non fa al caso vostro.

Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the bus and train stations. The room was clean with a king bed. It looked to be recently renovated. The breakfast was also good. You can walk to see the sights of old town. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood so noise isn’t a problem.

Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer sollte ein Standartzimmer für 2 Personen sein. Wenn das kleine Zimmer wirklich ein Standart für 2 Personen darstellt, dann werde ich in diesem Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Für zwei Personen war das Zimmer viel zu klein. Das einzig Gute an dem Hotel war dessen Lage. Außerdem war die Lage und der Preis für den Parkplatz nicht gut.

My booking on 30/07 was made via Expedia and I reached in the night at 10.15 pm. The front door was locked and was written that the reception was working only up to 10.00 pm that evening. Given telephone number (Lithuanian) to contact in case of help. I was not given any information prior to my trip about the check in formalities. I waited almost 15 minutes get someone online even though I was very tired after my trip. It took another 25 minutes to get my key in my hand as per the directions of the lady whom I contacted on given number on the door. When I opened my room, it was a tiny-teeny horrible , narrow room with one full side was with a sharp curve ceiling touching the head . If we got up in the night from bed for toilet, sure our head might get hit on the ceiling and get hurt!! I called up the former lady, she immediately offered 60% discount and gave her apology for giving me that room. It’s was same situation in the toilet as if we are not careful in getting up from the closet, head will be hit and injured. Next day when I meet the receptionist (Beatrice, I think her name is!) she said, the previous receptionist on telephone gave me wrong information on discount and they cl are not in a position to give any discount to me. Moreover, she said, she was rather thinking that I had got the best renovated room in the hotel 😂
