Precio alto, mal servicio.
Me habia quedado aqui antes y me gusto mucho el servicio. Lamentablemente en esta oportunidad no fue tan grata la estadia. No volvere a hacer una reserva en este lugar.

El pago en el lugar es solo con efectivo o transferecia informacion que no te la entregan hasta que uno llega al lugar. No se puede pagar en el lugar con targeta. No hay control de la cantidad de bulla y ruido en la noche por parte de las otras personas alojando por lo que es dificil dormir bien. Falta bastante mas preocupacion. La limpieza podria ser mejor.

Muy recomendable. Esta muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son cómodas y además con un pequeño desayuno pero rico. La atención muy buena.

This bed and breakfast is old small mansion in Viña del Mar that has been converted into a hotel. Location is a healthy hike to downtown but inexpensive minibuses pass by every 5-10 minutes. Bathroom needs updating but good value for the price.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived early from our flight to Santiago and they took our bags while we explored the city. The breakfast was simple but nice and the rooms were big.

My stay was wonderful..the room was very comfortable and very clean...breakfast every morning very good. Antonella the lady in charge, A really nice person, very able all time to help everybody....great location, very close to beach and Downtown...definitely I recommend this amazing place and I will return....

Ok but cramped
I am perplexed by the people giving this place 5 stars. The woman who runs the place is lovely and helpful. If you have a car (I didn't) the free gated parking would be a big plus. Breakfast is good, typical for small hotels, but no hot offerings. But the rooms are extremely cramped, and could use some paint and some updating. The shower is so small as to be nearly unusable. And the walls between rooms offer little soundproofing. Heat is from a floor plug in heater. Is there A/C? I didn't see any. The price is good, the neighborhood is fine, and it is about 7 blocks to the beach. If you love "charming, old" B&Bs, you might like this. If you are more used to hotels, book a hotel instead.

We loved staying here! The staff was amazing and the breakfast everyday was the perfect start to our day. It was in the perfect location in down town Viña. Right in the middle of EVERYTHING! Would recommend to any one!

Localização perfeita! O hotel é muito antigo e simples, quarto que fiquei tinha cortina no chuveiro, não era porta de vidro, isso tira um pouco da higiene. Atendimento muito cortês. Café da manhã simples, mas agradável. BOM PARA UMA NOITE, não mais do que isso!

Great place!
I ended up staying here for a couple extra nights. Very quaint. Bed was comfortable and I had lots of extra space in my room. The lady that works here is very sweet and even though she didn’t speak English she figured it out. The area is nice. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Justo
Ficamos 3 dias durante a semana entre o Natal e o Ano Novo. A cidade fica meio cheia e os hoteis ficam com preços bem altos. O Mediterrâneo B&B é um prédio um pouco mais velho, com quartos um pouco antigos, mas bastante confortável. Não tem ventilador ou ar condicionado, mas tem aquecedor. Tem café da manhã justo, e wifi com conexão em todos os lugares. Tem também um estacionamento. Os funcionários são bem simpáticos e prestativos. Fica a uns 5 minutos a pé da praia e tem diversos pontos comerciais na redondeza. Como Viña del Mar tem sua parte plana, tudo fica bem próximo para se fazer a pé.

Das B&B liegt zentral und knapp 10 Fussminuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Eine sichere Parkierungs-möglichkeit auf dem Grundstück besteht. Sehr empfehlenswert.
