Seascape Belnheim Beach

The house is in a nice spot Blenheim Beach is beautiful. The boys loved the down stairs area.The house needs a good clean. We had dirty cups knives cooking utensils etc. If you want to cook on the BBQ do so before it gets dark as the lights outside are bad. If you want to sleep in don't stay here or take a sleep mask. They do not have any form of block out blind in the bedrooms they are all just privacy blinds so once the sun is up you are up and the property next door has a spot light that shines straight into the bedroom. One bedroom has 3 blinds on the sliding door 2 roll one way 1 rolls the other so there are gaps between each blind. Only 1 light out of 4 worked in one bedroom no light that worked in lounge only had a lamp. Needed a good clean grandson car went under bed came out with dirty tissues hair ties. My husband went to put his wallet in the bedside table draw found personnel lubricant. Left over food in the freezer. The boys loved down stairs area.

Lovely coastal house with a few small issues

Overall the house is a nice coastal house. There’s pleanty of room for lots of people and the deck is a great space. The walk felt longer than expected to the beach, but when we got there it was a spectacular beach! Unfortunately we couldn’t find any plates in the kitchen, this is something that needs to remedied as it impacted our overall rating of our stay. Maybe a map of the area and some local take away menus in the folder would also be valuable information to help guests settle in.

Amazing Location

Amazing location. Nice and quiet, quick walk to beaches. Great place for big groups, rooms were very spacious. Quick drive to shops - everything you need. Was a nice surprise to arrived to find 2 queen beds in the downstairs bedrooms rather than sofa beds. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Great house!

This house was a pleasant surprise. The inside space is modern and clean - much more so than in the photos, and it is incredibly big and spacious. More than enough room for our group of 9. The backyard was also large as well but the balcony deck area was probably our favourite place to be.
