Great update 3 BR near ferry with pool

Recently updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom near Vineyard Haven Ferry and downtown restaurants. Walk to local spots easily. The house has been recently updated in 2020. The house has a rare private pool with spacious paved area for entertaining. The pool house is great for storage and in includes bikes and beach chairs. We just furnished and includes window unit AC. We own another house in the Vineyard and happy to help with recommendations.

MV overpriced

The swimming pool is the star of this poor property that has been taken under an average renovation. The owner was kind and polite. My conclusion, rate was inexplicably high for what you get in return, even in the Summer.

Great pool and patio fun!

The house was clean and well-equipped except for a toaster. It does not have central air conditioning and the window air conditioners were loud so we turned them off at night. The house is on a main road but we didn’t hear much traffic noise. We especially enjoyed the pool and spent a big part of everyday in it. The pool lights allowed for an evening swim- once we found the lights. There were plenty of pool toys and we were able to entertain a few friends at a time easily in the large patio. Wish there had been a welcome book in the house with some instructions regarding trash day, pool lights, and the Bose dock but all in all we had a great time.
