「5 star experience with affordable price」

「This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty smell that made the room feel uncomfortable. The worst part was the bed, the bedsheets had a lot of ants, which was really disturbing. I couldn’t stay in those conditions and had to leave just 2 hours after checking in.」

「This was a lovely hotel with a very kind receptionist, nice rooms, and good food. It’s conveniently located and the building/grounds are very well-maintained. We wish we would’ve stayed longer!」

「Basics were met. Air conditioning functioned but not perfectly (also unusually hot so acceptable I guess), there was a roach in the bathroom which was a bit disappointing and uncleanly. Also wish shower products were provided. Overall okay stay.」

「Charming boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and appointed, with friendly attentive staff. Situated on a beautiful street which has a night food market at one end each night. My only regret is that I don’t stay longer. The laundry service and tour booking were also excellent. 」

「The establishment was closed when I arrived around 10:00pm from completing the Hai Van pass. I had to ask the neighbours to call the proprietor and let me into my room. The room was dingy, had no toilet paper, no blankets, no drinkable water, and looked disreputable to the extent that I suspected bed bugs. The exterior photo is completely false and the interior photos are extremely misleading.」

「we booked 5 rooms at the same date at Hotel.com. this hotel receptionist asked me more money for the kids breakfast , if was fine , but I told them not everyone want to have breakfast , they needs sleep late. but the hotel still charged the 3 person breakfast fee. but i told him we have 5 people want to sleep late, they don't go to restuarant have breakfast, he answer that . you need to paid! 」

「The only thing good is the location. The hotel changed his name to Bella Vista, we paid $62 per night but in reality it wasn’t even worth $10. Pretty much everything in the hotel was either broken or dirty, the elevator only had a button to go up, but once when you arrived at your floor you had to use the stairs to go down 😳」

「Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. 「We truly loved the blend of modern comfort and traditional charm at this homestay. The design is elegant, the environment is peaceful, and everything is maintained with great care. Complimentary bicycles are also available, which made it easy and fun to explore the surrounding area. It’s the kind of place where you naturally slow down and enjoy the moment.
