The floor was dirty and covered in cigarette burns. The bath tube felt like it was going to collapse. If I wasn't homeless i wouldn't stay here

Traveling across country.

Was upset the pool was closed. The description of the property specifically talks about the great pool. It was closed no reason given. Looked like hasn’t been open in a while. Room was stale when walking in but not a horrible stay.

Don’t book here!

The bed was hard and springy. The bedspread had a dozen cigarette burn holes even though it was a non-smoking room. It is a horrible place to stay. Definitely not worth the $54 a night paid.

We felt very unsafe staying here, to the point where we checked out about 10 minutes after we checked in. They placed us in a room around the back of the building with no cameras or lighting. We ended up staying at another hotel, and they refused to refund my money.

I was like ok.

The stay was ok, but the pool was closed which was a major part of why we booked. Oklahoma heat is no joke. The room smelled like smoke and the lady in the front was hesitant about giving me an extra towel. She said there's two in the room and I told her we booked the room for 3 people. She gave me the towel but reminded me that now I gave 3 towels in my room. I was like ok.

We were not impressed at all here. Towels were dirty, sheets were dirty, room was filthy! Bugs galore, roaches, beetles , excessive flies! My husband got to the hotel before I did, he killed flies while he waited for me. Gross! We had to move rooms twice because TVs didn’t work. Staff was friendly and tried their best to help the situation but after driving several hours that’s the last thing you want to worry about! Paid $72 per night for two rooms to be like this! Never again!

Worst hotel ever

This hotel was the worst one we have ever stayed at. Lights didn't work over the mirror. Electrical socket by the bathroom didn't work. Tv and dish we're not set up. They were unplugged. We had to plug it all in. No way to call the front desk. The remote batteries were dead. Literally spiders in the bed. Dead June bugs all over the floor.

Our room was filthy. It smelled like an ashtray and there were burn holes everywhere. ( a non smoking room) The furniture was beat up and ragged. The door had a 1 inch opening in it, you could see right through it and you could feel the heat coming in as well as a bright stream of light. I'm pretty sure the door could have easily been kicked open, so I did not feel safe at all.

You get what you pay for. First room we were given was all dismantled and in the process of being painted. Curtains on bed. TV off the wall. Second room: Bedding all had stains and hair within the sheets. Shower head had a cloth around it to absorb leaks? Toilet seat was broken and not attached to the bowl. Bed and mattress is old.

I've stayed all over the US and this place is one of the worst I've ever seen. Dirty, dusty, some kind of liquid on the wall receptacle next to the bed anf a fist sized hole in the wall next to the mirror. This place is a DUMP, do not book here. Expedia.com was absolutely no help in securing a refund, they just shrugged their corporate shoulders and said " oh well "

This motel is filthy. It’s in severe need of a renovation. The shower had dirt in the textured floor, the towels were dirty, stained and frankly my shop towels are cleaner. There were several big fat flies on the floor and bugs flying in the room. The sheets well, no fitted sheet to sleep on just a flat sheet. Ratty quilt with holes in it to sleep under. The headboard that hangs on the wall had handprints with that somebody got sexed up vibe to them. Finally the floor was so forking filthy my feet were black. The general vibe about the place was very ghetto and I was glad I was armed. Don’t stay here. It’s not worth the “value”.

There wasn,t hand soap and the furniture was of poor quality. The office chair was badly worn and wasn't something I believe didn't belong. Over half of the covering on the chair was worn off and it looked quite tacky. I felt very uneasy so I left the key cards and drove over 2 hours home. Very dissatisfied with the room.

Double Charged Intentionally & Under False Claim

I booked & paid at booking with Hotels.com. When I checked in, the person at the front desk changed my room on their own volition & somehow there ended up a $6.?? charge, which I did not understand, but did not take issue with, because the charge was minimal. The next morning, I returned to the front desk to let the property know that room service was not needed before the second night's stay. I encountered the person who is the owner & mentioned the additional charge. He indicated that Hotels was not authorized to process payment for the property, leaving it up to me to be in touch with Hotels (incredibly poor service that should have been handled by the property). I was unavailable to contact Hotels during the remainder of my stay. Upon return home, I checked card charges as I normally do following a trip. I found that the property charged me in full for a second two nights stay. I contacted the property and was told the owner would phone. He never did. I ended up having to file a fraud claim with my card company. Let me be clear, the front desk person I dealt with at check in & on the phone tried her best to help, but it was out of her hands. She deserves a job working for someone much more ethical & service minded than the current owner. Hotels was helpful, but did not confirm the owner's statement that Hotels was not authorized to accept payment for this property. I will never again stay at this hotel & my travels take me to Miami frequently.
