Villa is ten minutes by car distant from the beaches and towns Novi Vinodolski and Crikvenica .In the Bribir and Vinodol region there is over 300 km of marked cycling routes which extend from the sea, over Vinodol, all the way to the woodland area. The trails are arranged in such manner that the visitors are able to enjoy the beautiful views of the coast, islands and mountains of Gorski kotar. One of the most popular autochthonous dishes is the bribirski prisnac. The menu was fulfilled by self-grown plants – asparagus, dandelion, fennel, dandelion greens, lamb’s-quarters, and wild fruit such as sorb-apple, strawberries, raspberries, hawthorn, rose hip.
