The proximity of the sea and the forest make this villa the ideal vacation spot, in the green valley of tranquility between the sea and the forested mountains. In addition to the down-to-earth meals of the Vinodol, the hunter specialties and meals from wild plants, you can also try a real local drop - a wine made in the Vinodol room. You can spend your active vacation with mountain biking, mountaineering and walking, horse riding, paragliding and hang gliding, sport fishing and hunting.

The in the late 19th Century built villa in authentic style extends over 300 m² in a rural location.
The villa has a private garden and a pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Free WiFi and parking are available.
This renovated stone house has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a spacious living room with satellite TV, Playstation 3 and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, laundry, wellness with whirlpool, tavern, a grill and a spacious seating area.
Since there are more than 300 km of bike paths in the Vinodol region, which extend from the sea to Vinodol to the forest areas, the bikes are available.
The nearest beach is 5 km away. The center of Crikvenica with markets, bus station, restaurants, shopping streets and bars is also 5 km away. On the city beach you will find opportunities for paragliding, jet skiing, pedal boats and numerous beach bars. Rijeka Airport on the island of Krk is 20 km away.

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus :-)
Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Das Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein, und die Gegend dort, vor allem die Küste ist sehenswert. Auch ein Tagesausflug zu den Plitvitzer Seen ist entfernungsmäßig gut machbar Alles in allem ein Top-Urlaubsdomizil!

Alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Whirlpool und Aussenpool perfekt.
Hier fehlt nichts. Wenn man nur Strandurlaub machen will, muss man zumindest die 6 km Fahrt in Kauf nehmen. Nach Krk ist es auch nicht weit und auch der Ort Crikvenica ist vorallem am Abend sehr schön.

Great house!
The house is fully equipped of everything you may need during your holidays in Croatia: fantastic pool, air conditioning, spa and all the domestic machines. We found it very clean with everything in order and adding to this a fantastic welcome from the owner who provided some food and drinks in case we had not nothing with us. The house is located in a nice position between the mountains and the see so the temperature is not too hot and you can easily reach many interesting places from there without too many hours of drive. Spending there a week with my family it was really a great experience.

Großartiges Haus mit sehr sympathischer Vermietung.
Das Haus war spitzenmäßig ausgestattet. Vier schöne Zimmern, alle mit eigenem Bad + WC (wichtig dabei - es gab massenhaft Hand- bzw. Badetücher). Im Wohn-/Essraum dann angrenzend noch eine weitere Gemeinschaftstoilette. Die Küche ist mit sehr vielen GerätenTop ausgestattet - es gibt mehr als genug Teller, Gläser und Besteck. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass obwohl der Kühlschrank wie auch der Eisschrank in der Küche relativ groß sind, zusätzlich noch ein Getränkekühlschrank neben dem Griller vorhanden ist. Der kühlt mordsmäßig schnell und gut und hat richtig viel Platz für etwaige Kaltgetränke. Der Pool ist klein, aber sehr fein. Super für die Abkühlung zwischendurch. Eine Gartendusche daneben ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen Tischtennis-Tisch, einen Wuzler (Drehfußball, Tischfußball, Kicker) und ich meine auch eine Dart-Scheibe gesehen zu haben. Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann sind unwahrscheinlich nett, sagen einem gleich zu Beginn, dass man sie jederzeit kontaktieren kann (was bei uns in 2 Wochen nicht nötig war) und unterstützen mit Sicherheit alle Anfragen. Das Haus hat 2 (oder 3) Nachbarn - ein paar davon trafen wir ab und zu am Parkplatz. Alle sind sehr freundlich und redselig gewesen. Wichtig ist dies nur, um zu erklären, dass auf der Hauptterasse ab Mitternacht vielleicht kein allzugroßer Lärm mehr gemacht werden sollte. Wir hatten an einem Abend unseren Nachbarn den Schlaf geraubt und wurden am nächsten Tag darauf aufmerksam gemacht. (Freundlich, nicht böse). Tags darauf sind wir einfach um Mitternacht in die Taverne und gut war's. Allgemein sehr empfehlenswert, im Örtchen gibt's nen Mini Supermarkt, nach Crikvenica ist's ca. 10min Autofahrt und für's Meer muss man sich halt ein Örtchen suchen, wo Platz ist.
