Comfortable holiday flat with balcony and shared courtyard, located directly by the sea, enjoy extensive sunbathing or swimming in the sea, relax while fishing and end an eventful day comfortably on your balcony

When you come in from the beach, you can shower off the remaining sand under the outdoor shower and then relax and enjoy the day with a glass of wine on the large balcony or in the communal courtyard. There is also a car park, so nothing stands in the way of travelling by car. Whether you go to the sea or stay in the holiday flat, the wonderful view of the sea and the mountains will always put you in a good mood. The barbecue provides variety in the preparation of meals.

The holiday flat on the first floor has been classified with three stars. A bright bedroom with a double bed awaits you on approx. 44m². You will find plenty of storage space for your wardrobe in the built-in wardrobe. The open-plan kitchenette is located in the combined living, dining and cooking area. This gives you the opportunity to cook for yourself and store the food you have bought. Breakfast can get off to a good start thanks to the coffee machine and toaster. The dining table not only invites you to dine but also to socialise. In the adjoining living area, you can relax on the sofa with satellite TV after an eventful day. The sofa can also be used as a bed (160x200cm) for two people. When it gets very hot in summer, the air conditioning in this room cools the entire flat. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC, shower and hairdryer. All rooms are equipped with heating in case it gets chilly.

All facilities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. There is a grocery shop about 400 metres away. The nearest supermarket is approx. 1500 metres away. There is a restaurant, a disco club, an ATM, the post office, medical services, a pharmacy and a tourist information centre approx. 2000 m away. It is possible to receive W-LAN in every café or restaurant. Fishing enthusiasts will not miss out either, as there is a fishing spot about 2000 metres away.
