The home is well stocked, the beds are so comfortable, and the overall coziness is great. After a long day of skiing, the sauna was fantastic. “This is a beautiful property and we had a tremendous stay. We were in Cortland for a baseball tournament and five families shared the house. Plenty of space and the grounds were great for relaxing during downtime. The property is clean and well kept and George was very responsive to all of our questions. “This place is absolutely sweet. The apartment & grounds are beautiful, clean & had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great spot located close to the hiking trails we did, wineries & downtown Ithaca. Our host Vickie was so thoughtful & welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed & then some, evening providing delicious pastries for our first morning. We look forward to returning there again! ”

“Paddock House is an amazing rental property in the heart of Ithaca. Perfect neighborhood accessible to most of the key attractions. Ithaca falls is a few minutes walk and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.Though the house is old but it was maintained in a great condition, all rooms were clean and appreciate the owners for taking good care. “The property was exactly as described. Beautiful lake, beautiful cabin, great boat, beautiful setting. The driveway was a bit scary (for me) but the actual drivers were fine with it. Never used the hot tub or charcoal grill so I don't have an opinion on them. Kitchen table was great for nightly card games. Nightly campfires were awesome. Outside furniture was very good. ”
