The villa has three bedrooms and a studio apartment on the lower level with an en suite and kitchenette. On the main level consists of master bedroom comes with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, the second and third bedrooms have a king bed and a twin bed sharing one bathroom. The property is rented as a three bedroom, two bath or as a four bedroom, three bath when the studio apartment is included.
