Peaceful Relaxing Week

Nice and accommodating

Excellent place for a vacation!

We were extremely happy with our week-long stay. Unfortunately we didn't get a lot of beach time due to it not being very hot, even though it was August! But the pool more than made up for it. The kids actually enjoyed the pool more than the beach. The littlest one love the pickle ball court because he could run all he wanted and throw balls without worrying about them going out of the yard. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the convenience of being able to wash towels and clothes whenever we wanted. Definitely recommend this place! Thanks so much!

Great Location, Comfy Stay – Pog Mo Home Was Perfect for Us!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay and would definitely come back! The home was clean when we arrived, and the newly renovated bathroom and updated lights and ceiling fans were a really nice touch. The location was perfect—my daughter and her friends could easily walk to the beach, and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable.One thing to note is that while the property is pet-friendly, the backyard isn’t fully fenced—there’s a section without a fence, so just something to keep in mind if you’re bringing a dog. Maintenance was super responsive whenever we had an issue, which we really appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was not having an ice maker, but we just grabbed some bagged ice from the store. Overall, a really enjoyable stay!

good vibes in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family stay in this place. The house is well-provisioned (more kitchen utensils than I've ever seen ;) and has a cool beach vibe decor. The house is a little on the older side, so you have to be mindful of some of the quirks (a few popped nails, loose electrical outlets), but overall was solid and cozy enough for the 11 of us. It's location is fantastic as well - a short walk to the beach, the market, restaurants, gift shops - as well as being close to the main road out of Sandbridge.

Bathrooms/Outdoor Grill

Bathrooms very outdated. Seat in one bathroom very wobbly. Shower stall appeared unclean probably because of age. Gas grill is in serious need of extensive cleaning. Sediment on bottom of grill was catching fire each time it was used. Overall our stay was very nice. Location to beach was great and we had awesome weather. Would have been helpful if there was some kind of instructions regarding use of living area TV. There were numerous remotes. Could be because of our own unfamiliarity with the system.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our time here. The rental was great for us, with plenty of room for the 12 of us and a dog. If bringing a dog know that the back yard is not completely fenced in. We chose this place because we thought it was fenced in, however, did not ruin our time or disappoint. I would definitely go back and recommend.

Your house at the beach

Notre séjour fut tres agreable. Les espaces intérieurs et exterieurs sont encore mieux que sur les photos. La maison est situé tout pres de la belle plage de sandbridge et des petits marchés pour se dépanner. La douche exterieure, la laveuse/ sècheuse et le chariot pour se rendre a la plage ont été tres pratique. Le gros manque selon nous, c'est l'absence d'un deuxième frigo, en etant 12 dans la maison, ca se remplit vite. nous avons eu des problèmes avec la connexion de la television mais nous avons eu un service de reparation rapide suite a notre demande. À 20 min en voiture du board walk mais avec une plus belle plage. J'y retounerais avec plaisir. 😃 Our stay was very pleasant. The interior and exterior spaces are even better than in the photos. The house is located very close to the beautiful Sandbridge beach and small markets to help you out. The outdoor shower, washer/dryer and cart to get to the beach were very practical. The big lack in our opinion is the absence of a second fridge, with 12 in the house, it fills up quickly. We had problems with the television connection but we had a quick repair service upon our request. 20 minutes by car from the board walk but with a more beautiful beach. I would return there with pleasure. 😃

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the location of this rental home. It was very close to the beach and small grocery store. Many pieces of the downstairs outdoor furniture were broken and the ping pong table was not usable. The swing chair was not there as well. The layout of the home was wonderful for our family and we enjoyed our stay. There is a soft spot in the kitchen floor that was a bit concerning, but overall we would glady rent here again. Our kids, grandkids and dog enjoyed a beautiful week near the ocean.

The pictures advertised accurately reflect the current status of the property. It was well stocked and spacious. We loved the outdoor shower and the hot tub. The deck was nice, and the location was great. Ocean Sands Realty kept in touch frequently prior to our arrival, during our stay, and following our departure. They ensured all our needs were met and made our experience exceptional. We will be renting this property again next year!

Couple things at the house need some attention. HVAC pipe above the kitchen bar drips condensation.

The left side of kitchen sink has an unpleasant odor. The hvac line above the kitchen bar counter drips condensation. Around the leak it looks like mold.

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with the property and the layout of the house. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need. The owners put great care in the decor and furnishings. My son enjoyed the hot tub and I love an outdoor shower.

A No Frills House Close to the Beach

Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a conveniently located house that is less expensive than some of the ocean front or bigger places in Sandbridge, this house fits the bill. It's nothing fancy, but it's a short walk to the beach and the town. The house itself is clean but a little outdated: the bathrooms are on the older side and the kitchen floor has some soft spots, but nothing unbearable. Although the house has enough beds to fit 13 people, it was a bit snug for our family (8 adults, 3 kids).Some pros: easy walk to the beach, easy walk to the market and stores, the kitchen was equipped with lots of cooking utensils and necessities, tvs in every bedroom, the deck was lovely, the outdoor shower was nice, and the outdoor space under the house was perfect for rainy and hot days. Some cons: the umbrella on the deck was broken so there was zero shade, the "hot tub" was less of a hot tub and more of what I would say was the blow-up kiddie pool version of a hot tub (and it was located right next to electrical outlets?!), and the outlets in the house were hit or miss. Again, the house was a bit older and more outdated so it was lacking some of the fancier things seen in other listings. Also for anyone wondering about the picture of the toilet that appears to be in the laundry room? It's a separate room not connected to the house that does have a lock on the door. When I first saw the listing I assumed it was connected to the main house which made no sense, but it was more private than I originally thought. The realty company who manages the property was excellent - they kept in touch the weeks before the stay and were extremely kind and responsive during the stay. We would absolutely rent from them again. Overall, I'd say if you are looking for a relatively inexpensive, relatively decent place to stay in Sandbridge this house would be great for a smaller group of people. Great Location and Good for Kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the online description was accurate, the place was better in real life. It was perfect for kids and not too fancy or overdone where you were not comfortable. They had a lot of board games for kids and other items for the beach. The deck area was nice to dry off of on and have lunch. The outdoor shower was good and helps keep the sand out of the home. We stayed here with the grandparents and two sets of families with enough room for all of us including a baby who needed her own room. The kitchen has everything - pots, pans etc. and of reasonable quality. The only improvement I can think of is to include additional fans in the bedrooms.

Nice house, great location

House was recently painted- light and airy. Spacious bedrooms. Open kitchen. Great deck and patio furniture. Loved the covered space under the deck for rainy days ( and super hot days ). Short walk to beach with handicap beach entrance nearby. Loved the Trex decking. Made it much easier to transport beach gear! We would be happy to stay here again.
