Loved everything about the property.. It was clean and room was spacious. Location was great! 21 and over pool and hot tub were awesome! Also the tiki bar and restaurant next door have amazing food. Can’t wait to come back!! This was my first time booking with Expedia and will def use them again!

Was a great and relaxing stay! Right on broad walk and beach. We took city view split level and the room was perfect. It was spacious and had fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer , Jacuzzi, separate jet showers upstairs and three balconies. The service was also great and all staff was attentive and helpful. Parking is across the street in parking garage, resort fees include parking pass. The indoor pool was being renovated so we didn't get to enjoy that but outside pool was great and adult pool and hot tub in hotel next door were good. We had a great stay and would recommend!!

No shower curtain and only one towel. Requested both after check in and don’t receive until 10:30am the next day! Then the housekeeper comes and leaves the shower curtain outside the door in a bag. Another housekeeper comes to deliver the towels and just walks in our room. Disappointing.

For what was paid for this property, it truly could have been in better conditions. There were many light bulbs out and look as if cleaning had been rushed. Service was subpar and due to overall experience, we won’t be booking here again.

the property was nice its just the 200$ holding fee you get hit without preparation not knowing if someone even has it on their card to even hold it and the price of it to not have breakfast is kind of crazy

Property location, directly on beach, and staff were fantastic. Plenty of good dining choices in immediate area too! Only drawback: very close proximity to Norfolk and naval fighter jets in constant travel directly overhead throughout the day with ear splitting noise is difficult to endure.

My card key didn’t work and I couldn't get into my room for the first night and first half of the first day. There was also no hot water to shower with. : (

I was down for the shamrock marathon and the hotel was great for proximity to all marathon activities— as well as close to good places to eat. Pools are nice and the hot tub was definitely lovely for achy post-run muscles. My one complaint is the lack of roll-aways or cots. My mom made a last minute decision to join me but I’d only booked a room with one bed. The staff said they simply do not have cots on site. That’s insane to me. I own an inn myself and people need them all the time!

We were there last year. My daughter likes the hotel a lot. That’s why we booked this year again. This weekend the hotel was not as clean as last year. May be they change management. The sheet looks like didn’t change. All surfaces of the house were not cleaned. I have to told the front desk to have full service at next day. They send a girl to change the bed. But all the tables surface still not clean. Anyway, I will looking for different hotels next year.

The space was good. Very spacious. The downfall is.. We came for some relaxation. Unfortunately, that was a fail. It was very loud and reeked of weed. I ask the manager about the jet tub. That wasn't working, yes he did send maintenance to the room to work on it. They did get it working. But it was so nasty once started. It was hair and debris coming out of the jets. And the hair definitely wasn't from someone's head.YIKES!! they took $57 off the charge which I felt like it should've been atleast a day's refund. It was very disappointing that we went through this. I like this hotel.
