Starting off this wasnt even the hotel i booked. I dont know how my reservations where sent there. The staff was so rude. We was there 4 days not one time did our room get cleaned. No towels. No soap. It was so horrible. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Would not recommend to anyone.

It is a decent hotel with a lot of space in the suite. It could use some TLC though and maybe a few more pieces of furniture like little side tables and maybe a few more hooks to hang your stuff on. I wish they had a little more assistance in making sure things are a bit more clean and maintained. Ice machine works well and they have washers and dryers (coin operated) to use if needed. Otherwise the location is really good. You get what you pay for is the conclusion.

Very small cheap overcrowded outside pool like a motel 8. The one very small elevator that they had Was not working and we had to lug our stuff up-and-down on the 3rd floor. The small compact outside hallways have a horrible stench. Marijuana smoke runs rampant and comes in through your A. C unit. And people sit outside on their balconies. And smoke cigarettes that Comes straight up to your balcony. When the facility is supposed to be non-smoking. The hair dryer was not working. One of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The pull out couch had no sheets, pillows or blankets we called down. And expected some to be brought to our door but we had to go down the 3 flights of stairs to get them. The Pull out sofa. Sleeper is so cheap. I don't even know why they bothered putting a covering over the Springs. At least you would have something to play with while you Toss and turned all night. It was like a torture chamber. Good luck moving the next morning. It says in their brochure that they have room service, which leads you to believe that they have some sort of restaurants that prepares food in the building. But this is not the case at all Very deceiving. When I questioned them about this, they said you could use an app to have an outside restaurant. Deliver your food. So all in all, I had a massive headache from all the smoke. And When I woke up. I felt like I had been in a car wreck. From the Sofa, sleeper. We didn't Even wait for check out. We left first thing in the mor

Mike goes out his way and never get frustrated to help his guest. I want to thank him and the brother with the hat. Id stay here again. Beach view great staff. Close to it all. Enough room for my family. Pool.

Really liked suite option with open area, bigger refrigerator, plunger in the bathroom & always enjoy balcony views. Glad for an elevator. Downfall was only had 3 towels & there were 4 of us, but we had beach towels too. The sofa wasn't particularly comfortable. All in all good place.
