I showed up to check in for my reservation and was told I could not access the rental as the owner had not paid his fees. So I was left stranded with 3 children and no room.

The owner of the condo was not permitted to rent his place. It had to be through the condo complex. So I did not have a place to stay for 2 nights. I had to find places to stay. VRBO did give me my money back. But I had to get a letter from the condo complex stating those facts. What a pain!

I am unable to rate my stay because I was unable to stay in this room. My reservation was given to another person by the hotel due to circumstances that were out of my control and I was unaware of the situation and learned about it when I arrived to check in.

Great location at the beach

The online VRBO view looked like an upper level room. Our room was on the main first floor. My teens loved being able to come and go to the boardwalk. Noise from the beach was not helpful to concentrate on working while there and the internet was slow. However, staff were very nice and accomodating. Coffee only served until 11am though. Parking was difficult with limited spaces. Rented this room with the kitchenette. Everything was clean. We looked at the pool but my teens had no interest. Nice overlook of the city right outside of the pool. Would be perfect for group or couples. The bar was just few rooms down would have been great with adults.

Misleading photos, good stay

The location is right at the beach so you cant beat it. However the listing is extemely misleading. It shows what I now know are photos from multiple units lumped in as 1. It would appear you are paying for a top floor ocean front . When we got there we were put on the 3rd floor of a cramped room. This lists that it sleeps for and it does, bed and a pull out, but the photos show the table to the side of the couch and the room we were given had the table in front which was a much smaller room and once the pull out is open there is no room to walk between, causing a lot of stubbed toes and banged legs walking to the bathroom at night . The room was okay, no frills which is fine for us but very misleading listing. The safe did not work because the battery was low. The main bed had sand in the sheets making me wonder if it was changed prior to us getting there. The bathtub had sand in it and was completely backed up. By the time you are done showeing the tub was almost full. I chose not to notify the host during the stay only because i did not want to be inconvienced during our stay to have these things fixed. So i am not commenting on if it would have been taken care of but my point is that it should have been taken care of prior to the stay so these things would not be an issue . If the tub was cleaned then they would have immediately seen the back up. The water started to back up as soon as you turn it on. The host listing misleads you to think youre getting a better room.

We absolutely had a wonderful time at this property although the rooms are nothing fancy the balcony makes up for it. We had so much fun at the end of the night when we came home just sitting on our balcony watching all the different things happening. it really was a lot more entertaining than, other areas

High floor ocean view balcony was nice. Full kitchen and living room offers extra space. Cons: crumbs/dust in the drawers, some hair on the bathroom floor, a rubber band on the carpet indicates it wasn’t properly vacuumed before our arrival. Had to treat all surfaces with wipes. Long wait for the only elevator in the tower (14 floors). It was out of order one day.

The place was exactly what we needed for our celebration weekend. It was steps from the beach with a small balcony we could sit on if we just wanted to watch the beach and activities on the beach from a distance. The place was clean, the staff efficient and the host, Peter is awesome. He answered our inquiries in a timely manner!!!

Much needed getaway

Great Location! Walking distance to almost everything! Was impressed with the cleanliness of the beach! The room was perfect except minor issues! The TV in the bedroom didn’t work for the first night and we reported it to the night crew at the front desk. Said they'd send someone at 10am. I don't think they contacted anyone! No one showed up. When we went down in the early afternoon, they were right on it. Fixed within an hour. Worked for the rest of the day until the next night and went out again! Gave up! The spa tub didn't work. And there was pink mold/stains only in the jets, which we couldn't use anyway! It's a housekeeping issue!.The soap in the shower wall dispenser was empty. Bring your own hairdryer and essentials! I'm glad i did! The unit is really nice otherwise! The pool is also on this floor! I would recommend this rental as long housekeeping is more thorough! Would I come back, yes! Make sure the restaurant on site knows that the room you are staying in is a timeshare unit! It is the only way to get the discount! We didn't receive it because we didn’t mention that, just that we were staying in the building!

Great Location!

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed each night. The cleanliness, proximity to the beach and boardwalk restaurants, the indoor pool and jacuzzi as well as the balcony overlooking the beach made this a luxurious trip indeed. Hoping to book the same room for next Labor Day weekend 😊

Location Great But…….

Promoted as sleeping accommodations for 4. The pull out couch was so bad you could see the springs through the mattress and covered in sand. We had to buy a air mattress to be able to sleep. At check-in process made me sign for 4 beach towels but they were not provided ( neither were linens for couch bed). The pool area is your typical 3 star hotel pool. Only 3 working lounge chairs. The other 2 had broken backs and the other one the 2 front legs were gone. Good thing the beach was the main attraction. Staff was courtesy and friendly and tired to remedy what they could quickly. Can’t beat the location right on the boardwalk.

Perfect Location

Location was great. We are a family of 5 and we were comfortable for the week. Parking garage is small but we made sure if we needed to go somewhere that required driving, we were back by 5pm and had no issues finding a space. Otherwise everything is within walking distance. I don’t recommend eating at Johnny Manana which is downstairs. Food is terrible and overpriced.

The view of the beach was wonderful. Carpet looked gross, wouldn’t take shoes off. Water didn’t heat up very well, kick plate for dishwasher was missing. Large cockroach (dead) in hallway for two days after reporting it to staff. Door handle out to the balcony is not secure.
