The Sandbridge Jewel

Built in 2020, this Jewel is located in the heart of Sandbridge on the Back Bay...just 550 ft from the beach! Ideal for multiple families or large family gatherings, this modern 3 level home has plenty of room to congregate or spread out with bedrooms and gathering areas on each floor. Awaken to beautiful ocean sunrises and retire with breathtaking Bay sunsets. Whether your ideal beach vacation includes relaxation or adventure, it starts at the Jewel for unending fun and memories.

The Sandbridge Jewel boasts 9 Bedrooms, 3 Living/Den areas, a full kitchen and kitchenette, and even an office space with Murphy Bed....all tastefully decorated. Outside, enjoy the pool during the day or gas firepit at night. We have an outside shower to use after stowing your beach toys in a lockable garage. Private pool and playground for the kids when they just need a water-break. Out the back gate, access our dock to fish, Kayak and/or SUP around the Bay.

Giving access to the Bay, we have 2 single Kayaks and a paddle board for your use....of course at your own risk.
For beach access, we have provided some beach toys, bikes, a wagon, and cooler and beach towels. Please ensure they are all locked up and accounted for when not in use. Please take care of our " toys”

Access everything except 3 locked owners closets.

I am available most of the time and only live a mile away. I respect your privacy so you probably will not see me unless you need something or request assistance.

We will provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels for the kitchen, laundry soap, and dish soap. We will also provide trash bags and basic cleaning supplies. A beach towel, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth are provided per guest. Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in each bathroom.

Sandbridge beach is a quaint family oriented beach community with 5 miles of sandy beach. Located on the Outer Banks of Virginia, we have the Atlantic Ocean to the East and the Back Bay to the West.

Water lovers can freshwater fish and explore the beauty of the Back Bay Refuge by Kayak/SUP or saltwater fish, surf, kayak, SUP, play in the surf or catch a wave in the Atlantic Ocean.

Land Lubbers can enjoy the hiking paths and bike trails of the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge or just soak in the sun on our newly expanded beach.

We have a few local restaurants, souvenir and sweets shops. Fine Dining and night life are just miles away at the Virginia Beach boardwalk.
