「The apartment is comfortable and is exactly what you need for a weekend in Sarajevo. Two separate floors make the apartment seem spacy. 「We had to wait for an hour after agreed upon check-in time to get our key, we could not reach the host, the apartment was dirty, we had no warm water and on one occasion no water at all. Though the apartment is in a good location, it is right next to the tramway, which is very noisy and causes the entire apartment to shake every five minutes. All in all, a terrible experience.」

「It’s a very clean, nice, comfortable renovated apartment. The host Melisa is amazing and very helpful. She guides you about the city and you can approach her with any questions and she gets back to you right away. One of the best host I have experienced. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to old town and has lot of dining options. Mall is just across of you want any groceries or essentials. 」

"首先車位不足夠，入住前亦沒有通知須要預留車位，直至我們check-in時才通知需要早兩天預留車位，令我們要找離酒店甚遠的地方泊車，這情況同時亦有其他住客check-in時遇到；另外，入住酒店房間時亦有出錯，我們是預訂三人房間，酒店提供二人房間，開合式梳化床也沒有預先打開，直到我們揸問才特別到房間打開梳化床，提供的都只是二人用品，相信日後需要管理方面做好啲。"
