“To be honest, the location of the hotel is not very convenient. It is far away from the main station / town by walking. No shuttle bus is provided for going in or out, but there is shuttle bus for departure and arrival. The hotel is at the middle of the mountain. We pushed all suitcases up to the hotel. It would not be easy if you travelled with kids or elderly. On the other hand, we were not very happy with the security. Our door was opened by strangers in the morning on the check out day. We……

“1. 住宿距離車站走路約7分鐘。我們訂的是Dom的房間。 有兩間兩人房，一間是一大床+淋浴間，一間是兩張單人床，空間比一大床的小一點，但兩間房都有陽台。另外還有一間有淋浴和浴缸合一的浴室，都提供有便攜式的沐浴用品和很好吹的吹風機以及毛巾和浴巾。 住宿環境很舒服，廚房也什麼都有（有冰箱），而且提供有策馬特的購物袋、明信片、巧克力可當禮物帶走。 提供有桌遊和DVD，電視可登入Netflix。 雖然沒有空調但是早晚真的很涼爽。 2. 很推薦入住。但有幾項要注意 1）飯店沒有當地才付款的選項，預訂後一個月內必須刷卡付款 2）入住前飯店會確認抵達的時間以及住宿人的基本資料要填寫 3）飯店要求離開前要將垃圾分類和自己拿去垃圾回收處丟棄。一般垃圾要使用橘色垃圾袋，飯店有提供一個在廚房水槽下面，如果需要更多要去超市或者跟飯店購買 4）廚房碗盤使用前務必自己清洗過再使用 5）沐浴用品不太會起泡，不習慣的人建議自己帶 3.建議 如果飯店可以增加回收或丟一般垃圾的垃圾桶，讓住宿的人負責分類垃圾，然後飯店清掃的人再處理丟棄，這樣會更好。 ”

“Room is closed to the stations, with a nice balcony. The room is smaller than I expected but has all we need. We cooked with no problem. The shampoo and shower gels that’s provided is organic and we love it. Tonia was very helpful showing us all info we needed. The only thing a little bother was the beds with wheels which easily slipped away. But overall we enjoyed our time there. ”

“Dejlig og velfungerende lejlighed - imponerede udsigt! Vil anbefale at der i mappen i lejligheden, og måske i informationsmailen inden ankomst,i kommer en beskrivelse beskrivelse af hvordan man lettest kommer retur til lejligheden, da alle tog fra Riffelberg ikke stopper ved Reka Legendär. Fx at det er muligt at gå eller tage bus fra Sunnegga-Zermatt banen til stationen og at man kan komme med elevator ned, hvis man tager pist 3 eller 2a. Skriv også at børn under 16 kan få gratis liftkort om……
