As you walk in the entrance, the main floor has vaulted two-story ceilings with living, dining, and kitchen spaces all open to each other.
The living room has a 65inch streaming TV and comfortable seating for 12+ people including a couch and twin daybed with trundle. Near the daybed is a desk and chair providing a workspace and/or comfortable sleeping quarters with 2 twin memory foam mattresses, one on the day bed and one on the trundle.
There’s also one full bedroom with a King Size Bed, and a full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms.
First a primary suite with another King Size Bed, dedicated work desk with an amazing view of the backyard, a 55 inch TV with Roku, and a large lounging chair. Attached is an en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub and shower, double sinks at the vanity, and a huge walk-in closet.
The other two upstairs bedrooms share another full bathroom. One has a queen bed and dresser, the other has a twin over full bunk with pull out twin trundle, a TeePee, bean bag chairs, and a 50inch TV with Roku.
The fully stocked kitchen walks out to a large patio that includes the barbecue grill and two outdoor dining tables with chairs and umbrellas, providing seating for up to 12 guests. The space also has the outdoor ping-pong, with natural barriers on all sides so the balls don’t constantly run away!
From the lower patio, you can walk up the stairs to the very larger upper patio that includes a luxury oversized outdoor sofa, 3 chairs and a table all situated under peaceful string lights for comfortable evenings in the wonderful San Diego weather! The upper patio also boasts entertainment options for all ages, including play houses, a covered sandbox, corn hole, and more.
Behind the large upper patio, there is a Grove of dozens of eucalyptus trees that are 40+ years old, giving the ambience of a private jungle just a few minutes from the freeway! Take a nap in the hammock or just take a little stroll through the trees and enjoy the privacy.

As mentioned above, we also offer our 2016 Tesla Model X or 2023 Model Y that can be rented through the car sharing app Turo. We offer these to our guests for discounted prices, as long as they are available during your stay.
