Quarto com a TV não funcionava, móveis e cortinas antigos. Quarto virado para uma área com muito barulho o que atrapalhava o sono a noite. Estacionamento bem restrito sendo que tive que colocar o carro na rua. Localização do hotel é boa mas é para quem estiver de férias.

O hotel estava em reforma, não tinha nada avisando no momento da reserva. Não tinha café da manhã, restaurante e tinha barulho de obra/furadeira durante o dia.

Hospedagem mediana

O hotel em si é bom, os quartos sao novos. Mas o problema que tive foi no atendimento, primeiro que a atendente teve resistencia em solicitar ao gerente um pedido especial que fiz. E segundo que o o hotel esta em reforma, e por isso esta sem cafe da manhã, nao foi avisado no ato da minha reserva. E por fim o estacionamento é pequeno, entao se chegar mais tarde, corre o risco de nao ter vaga. De resto ok.

Razoável!!! O chato foi saber que o serviço de café da manhã estava fechado por causa de obra na cozinha . Quando da reserva isto deveria set informado. Outro fator, obra em algumas partes do hotel que só descobrimos quando lá chegamos e que trazem inconvenientes apesar de algum cuidado tomado!!!

O quarto simples não é tão confortável então pedi para mudar de quarto. Porém o frigobar não funcionava e estava enferrujado. Os funcionários são de extrema educação e a localização é ótima. Voltaria com certeza!

Há mais de 10 anos viajo pelo Brasil a negócios e a passeio, sem ser injusto com outros hotéis, afirmo que recebi o melhor atendimento de todos os tempos.
