Located in the heart of the Dordogne valley, it is close to all the main tourist sites of the Périgord Noir (villages, caves, castles...). The nearest beach, for swimming and canoeing, on the Dordogne river is only 800 m away.

First floor:

- The master suite with 180 cm bed with external access to the pool side.
- The fitted kitchen is functional and fully equipped. - The friendly lounge will allow you to have a good time.

1st floor:

- 2 bedrooms (one bed 180 - one 160).
- 1 bathroom 2 sinks, shower, bath.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

2nd floor:

- Play area for children.
- 1 children's bedroom with pull-out bed in 160.
The high quality bedding in widths 180 and 160 can be converted into a double or single bed on request.

Outside:

- Terrace of 90m2 partially covered by a pergola, large table for 10 to 12 people, barbecue, brazier.
