Wonderful Vacations

Everything was so nice. From check in about the communication and also the main stay ...the house is in a small village , ships are not fare away, Beach our Favorit Island Murter was about 30km away...Zadar and Split are with the Highway fast to visit. So i can just recommed the House if you like the silence...

Perfect place, wonderful house, not far from the sea

Perfect family holiday for us (2 Adults, 2 Children 9/11). The house is located in a very quiet surrounding, and 15 minutes drive will bring you to the wonderful beaches of the island of murter.... But you have to choose: the well attended pool makes some afternoon just perfect to stay at home.... the house is lovely decorated, more than perfect equipted with everything you may need (cooking, relaxing, washing mashine, towels). We are thankfull for the hospitality of Marco, our host, who brought us self made wine, cheese and local vegetables (all very tasty, you should definitely try....). The garden offers herbs and some fruits itself (tomatoes, grapes, later figs). The spacious upper terrace is a lovely shady place to spend the morning, the noon, the afternoon, the evening....... Vicinity offers the beaches, the islands, but also the Krka national parc with waterfalls, hiking, but also very interesting historical sites. We hope to come back soon to this nice place, we visited a lot of places, seen a lot of houses - but this is something very special.

Great time beyond the beaten tracks

We visited Vladimirs house with 2 families, each 2 adults and 2 children end of May. Easy travelling, close to the highway but there’s no disturbance of it at all. The house, garden and pool are just wonderful, far away from noise and crowed places. But you must like nature places and the village feeling. We love this. The house itself is a very nice and warm place, decorated with love and passion (and not just ikea stuff). Vladimir’s mom and dad gave us a very warm welcome and helped us the whole stay with their guidance, either vine, olive oil, eggs, cheese… whatever we needed and the village and its farmers produced themselves. Sorry, I forgot the slivovic (maybe for good reason, but after the first 5 glasses it got much better :-) ). We made very nice trips (peninsula Murter with our favorite beach Riva Podvrske, Sibenik, parts of Krka) and some trips in the middle of between (Zadar, parts of Krka), there’s plenty enough for every kind of taste. We will come back. Definitely.

Traumurlaub.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Anwesen ist extrem sauber und sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden im Haus. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit Lebensmittel- dieser hat alles wichtige was man braucht. Der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Vom Host haben wir am ersten Tag noch eine PDF erhalten mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Gegend. „Checkout“ war ganz entspannt. Können die Unterkunft wie auch den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir bedanken uns nochmals für alles.

Beautiful villa in tranquil setting

We have just returned from an amazing week in Croatia at cista mala. It’s been our first trip to Europe since the pandemic and we were so welcomed by Vladmir and his family. The villa has everything you need for a perfect family holiday. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends. It was renovated to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. The pool is great for kids and very safe. Plenty of outdoor areas to eat and sit and relax. Set in such a peaceful village in Croatian countryside. So many attractions within 20 mins drive. We were spoilt for choice with regards to day trips. We would love to come back again. Thanks.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Dieses Haus mit den zwei getrennten Wohnungen war perfekt für uns mit drei Teenagern. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist abseits und ruhig, aber dennoch nah an Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs und an Stränden oder Naturereignissen. Die Vor-Ort-Betreuung von Vladimir und Marko, wie dessen Frau, war einzigartig. Vielen Dank für diese wahnsinnig schönen zwei Wochen bei Euch. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert.

Super Familien Urlaub

Der Vermieter hat uns im Vorfeld viele tolle Tipps gegeben und ist auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer mit uns in Kontakt geblieben, sodass wir viele Aktivitäten planen konnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung auch top - es gab nichts, was wir vermisst hatten. Auch der Pool und die Außenanlage waren sehr gepflegt und super schön für die Kinder! Die Lage war zwar gut, sehr ruhig und gute Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch sind es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand, das sollte man eventuell berücksichtigen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genügend in Reichweite. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub und sind sehr froh, dass wir so einen tollen Vermieter hatten, der schon wie ein Freund geworden ist.

Super warm welcome to a quiet surroundings with all amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our five days in Vladimir‘s property in Cista Mala. His Mom and Dad took super good care of us and are simply lovely people. Vladimir - being out of the country - helped on any and all questions via Whatsapp and Telephone and gave us great advise on what to do. The location of the house is ideal to visit the surrunding nature, Krka national park, Muter island, Sibenik and all the dalmatian coast has to offer. It is a very quiet village, still showing signs of decay from the war, but Vladimir‘s house is very well restored, large, clean and very well equipped with everything you would expect (some of it needs a bit of repair and fixing, but nothing major). Thick natural walls of exposed stone keep the house coole, airconditioning is available if you want it even cooler, two well equipped kitchens, different seating areas… The pool is great, too, and great to relax after an excursion. A small supermarket is 5 mins by car away, bigger shopping can be done in Vodice and Sibenik (20+mins by car). Thanks to Marko and his wife and to Vladimir for having been such great hosts! If we come back to that part of Croatia, we will stay here again.

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in Kroatien! Die Unterkunft war so wunderschön, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet!!! Es gab einen riesigen Pool! Wow.....where to start?

Following a sticky start with flight problems/ cancellations & flight diversions we arrived at 3am but this did not prevent us from receiving a warm welcome from Marco who kindly met us at the taxi drop off point and took us to the villa. We were originally booked to arrive at lunchtime so it was incredibly kind of him to wait up for us to arrive at the later time. Upon our arrival at the villa there was supper waiting for us of bread with sliced meat and cheese accompanied by a carafe of wine. First and foremost we'd like to thank Vladimir and his parents for such a welcoming stay. The villa is immaculate and in a lovely peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing family break. The villa is split into 2 apartments which was ideal for our party of a grown up family. Each of the apartments has it's own living space of generous sized rooms which fitted our needs perfectly whilst also allowing space for the full group to be together. The downstairs apartment is ideal for those who find stairs difficult as the living space is all on one level apart from a couple of steps from the dining kitchen area to the bedroom. This apartment offers a walk in shower which again was useful for those of us with mobility issues. The outside garden area is clean and well kept with flowers, a small lawn and trees. The outside lighting in particular is a nice touch especially for outside dining and which allowed us to make use of the BBQ in the evening. The pool was lovely and clean as were both the garden and patio areas. The pool offered a refreshing swim and the quiet location allowed for a peaceful sunbathe. The quiet rural location means that a car is essential and there is a designated parking space just outside the villa. We flew to Split although Zadar is a little closer and for future visits we would probably use this airport instead. The well maintained roads ensure that either transfers are quite easy with the directions given by Vladimir before our arrival. He also provided us with suggestions of where to visit and with this being our first visit to Croatia, proved to be most useful. Although the beaches were stony not sandy (beach shoes essential), the sea was crystal clear and many of the beaches we visited had restaurants open even though it was late season. Some are less than 30 minutes’ drive from the villa and those that we visited were not overcrowded. Our first visit to Croatia did not disappoint. Thank you, Alison, Gary, Hannah & Daniel

Perfect accommodation with delightful hosts

This was a great place for a family holiday-location, weather, comfort, villa layout and villa facilities . However the first thing we would wish to highlight was how we were hosted. Vladimir provided perfect reassurance through the booking process (esp when glitch happened at our end) and clear instructions for how to get to the property. He also provided detailed advice and support on activities we could access from Cista Mala. While we were there it was Vladimir's parents who provided the welcoming committee. They were delightful and made us feel at home, immediately. The accommodation was clean and very well equipped for comfort and for self catering. The bonus of air conditioning was fantastic given the afternoon heat. The pool was a good size for fun and exercise and was kept clean by Vladimir's father who also tended the garden (tomatoes, figs etc.). Several options for where to sit and eat upstairs, downstairs inside and out. The Villa is situated in a small hamlet with a small supermarket a couple of miles away in the next village. So, nicely remote but with food options. The activities and places to visit (and larger supermarkets) are all within 20-30min drive and easy to get to on good quality (and mostly quiet) roads. Two lovely national parks (Krka and Kornati) very close and trips to beaches easy especially in island of Murter. Sibenik is a lovely old town with good dining options and lots of mediaterranean atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Schöner entspannter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir (1 Erwachsener und 3 Kinder) waren in der Zeit vom 30.06.-07.07.19 zu Gast bei Vladimir und seiner Familie und können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es ist ein tolles Haus in einem kleinen Dorf, sehr ruhig und gemütlich, liebevoll renoviert, es war eine tolle Woche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig und die Strände auf Murter sind wirklich schön und schnell zu erreichen. Für die Kinder war der Pool natürlich ein Highlight, auch Abends um 22.00 Uhr. Vladimir hatte eine Menge guter Tipps für uns und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief reibungslos. Danke an Marko für den herzlichen Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort. A wonderful place to stay

We spent 9 days in Vladimir’s house and really enjoyed the time we had in Croatia. Marko and his wife have been perfect, lovely, charming and helpful hosts. We felt like home the moment we arrived. They welcomed us with self made wine and Schnaps and then and now surprised us with culinary delicacies. The (non-)”touristic” recommendations Vladimir gave us via WhatsApp are probably all worth a try/visit but as there were so many, we definitely need to come back to try some more. :) it was a great stay and we can highly recommend this accommodation.

Serene and Stylish!

Cista Mala is a stunningly surreal village of charming stone villas; rich with an abundance of various wild growing herbs and fruits. As well as, warm and inviting residents, full of character and history. Our wonderfully inclusive hosts Marko and Lenka, made us feel more like we were family friends, rather than new acquaintances. Greeting us with a traditional welcome meal, from the first day; they continued to treat us during the rest of our stay, with insight on how to acquire the best local cheese, wine and produce. They also recommended the best attractions and excursions, in the area. Marko and Lenka, are a gracious and genuine couple, whom we intend to visit regularly. The villa itself is appointed very tastefully, with everything you could need to feel the comforts of home. So much so, that you may want to stay on the property during your entire stay! ...To enjoy lounging by the pool, preparing meals on the open fire grill, appreciating the peaceful, unspoiled nature all around, or simply gazing at the starry skies on balmy Croatian nights. ....Highly Recommended!

Oase der Ruhe abseits des Touristentrubels

Wir verbrachten zwei außerordentlich ruhige und erholsame Wochen im Ferienhaus von Vladimir. Seine Eltern, die im Nebenhaus wohnen, halfen uns in allen Angelegenheiten sehr gerne weiter. Hier besonderen Dank an Marko, der uns mit regionalen Produkten aus der Umgebung versorgte. Nicht zu vergessen die Trauben, die wir am Haus reichlich ernten konnten. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war das leckere Abendessen mit Muscheln, das die beiden für uns kochten und uns damit überraschten. Das Haus mit den beiden abgeschlossenen Wohnbereichen ist ideal für zwei befreundete Familien. Die Räume sind liebevoll dekoriert und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um den schönen Pool. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen, wichtig für Hundebesitzer! Im nächsten Ort, ca. 2 km entfernt, gibt es ein kleineres Geschäft für den alltäglichen Gebrauch und die morgendlichen Frühstücksbrötchen. In den größeren Orten wie Vodice und Sibenik gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten in Supermärkten, regionalen Märkten oder kleineren Geschäften einzukaufen. Für einen Tag am Meer können wir die Insel Murter mit vielen idyllischen Badestellen empfehlen. Hier konnten wir uns auf die ausführliche Beschreibung von Vladimir verlassen, der uns per WhatsApp mit Strand- und Restaurantempfehlungen super versorgte. Insgesamt können wir das Haus und die Betreung uneingeschränkt empfehlen, da wir herzlich und außergewöhnlich freundschaftlich empfangen wurden. Danke!

Fantastic house with even more fantastic owners!

We stayed at the beautiful renovaties house Kula Milica in June 2018. Together with two babies and one 4 yr old we enjoyed the comfort of the house. Everything you need is taken care of... even more! Beautiful swimming pool, great BBQ place, fresh herbs and figs and several diner and breakfast spots... a perfect house to relax and enjoy your holiday. With or without kids. The Krka national park is just around the corner. You can reach the stunning waterfalls by taking the boat at Skradin (also very nice to visit). There are several beautiful beaches on 20-30min drive. And nice places like Sibenik, Primosten and Zadar are all reachable easily. Thank you family Popovic for having us and letting us feel more than welcome. You helped us a lot and we enjoyed the chocolate cakes and pancakes very much! If you want to have a comfortable and relaxing holiday... contact Vladimir and book this house! La maison est très bien située pour visiter les superbes villages et îles de votre beau pays. La nourriture est très bonne et pas cher. Je conseille le restaurant Roca!!! Je remercie aussi Maurice qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour la langue. Sa femme est aussi charmante. Nous avons eu le privilège d'aller manger dans la famille de Vladimir. Notre chien était le bienvenu et c'est un plus :) Merci pour tout. Thank you for everythink. You have a beautiful country, a beautiful house and lovely parents. Thank you for accepting our dog. We will come back.

Great Holiday in this wonderful House!

Its a wonderful, lovely, modern and perfect House! With a wonderful Pool, Grill and chill -areas! The Kitchen have a full equipment and you don't need to bring anything with you. The atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet there! It was perfect for us. We traveled with our Baby to a lot of Countrys before and this was the last big Station of our trip. And it was a great decision! Marko the owner, ist the best! He was so lovely und helpful! And Vladimir his son, also! So Thanks for all! We hope to see you and the House again! :-)

What a great place and host!

We have been there for a week in July and it was amazing. The villa is nice, well equipped, in a perfect shape with everything you need. Swimming pool is clean, garden has sunny and shade places with seats to relax and tables to have a nice dinner outside. On top you shall expect the perfect host. Vladimir and his family are there for you to make sure your stay will be ideal, supporting you, giving good advices, sharing a bit of Croatia... I wish all places would be as good as this one!

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances à Cista Mala. Nos hôtes étaient adorables et toujours prêts à se rendre disponibles, pour que notre séjour soit encore plus merveilleux. La maison est parfaite, propre, confortable, rien ne manque. Nous avons également apprécié le calme au bord de la piscine. La maison est idéalement située car nous pouvions accéder facilement à Skradin, les îles Kornati, Murter, Sibenik, les monastères, l' ile de Pag, etc ...Des vacances magiques.. Merci encore à nos hôtes Vladimir et à son père Marko pour leur accueil exceptionnel. We spent beautiful days in Cista Mala village and especially in this lovely and quiet house .. Our kind hosts always did their utmost to improve our journey, always available to help us organizing our visits, bringing us broad for breakfast, delicious tomatoes.. The house is perfect, very clean, comfortable, nothing was missing. We also apreciated the swimming pool and its area. The house is very well located as we could go easily to visit skradïn, pag island, the kornati, Murter, sibenik, Monasteries and many beautiful things .. So beautiful holidays ! Super Urlaub

Der erste Urlaub in Kroatien, in diesem tollen Steinhaus von Vladimir und Marko, war einfach super. Das Haus inkl. Austattung sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Urlaub abseits des Tourismus genossen und konnten mit dem PKW auch schnell zu verschiedenen Stränden fahren. Wohlfühloase für die ganze Familie, die Kinden haben es genossen zu jeder Zeit in den Pool zu springen. Eine sehr gastfreundschaftliche Betreuung. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder :-)

Oase der Ruhe

Wir verbrachten die letzten Tage unseres Kroatienurlaubs in dem Haus von Vladimir und Marco. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail komplett renoviert und zu einem wunderschönen Urlaubsdomizil umgestaltet. Es wurde an alles gedacht und aufgrund der neuen Küchenausstattung ist die Selbstversorgung überhaupt kein Problem. Neben dem Charme des alten Hauses, muss man auch nicht auf modernen Komfort wie SAT-TV und W-LAN verzichten. Der eigene große Pool lässt einen vergessen, dass das Meer nicht gleich vor der Haustür ist. Auch wenn das Haus sehr abgeschieden in einem kleinen Dorf liegt, ist die direkte Lage an der Autobahn perfekt als Ausgangspunkt, um Dalmatien zu erkunden. Auch zu den schönen Buchten in Murter ist es nicht so weit. Wir haben uns vorab sowie vor Ort immer sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Vladimir hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt und sein Vater Marco lebt im Nachbarhaus und ist somit gleich zur Stelle. Wir wurden noch nie so herzlich empfangen und sogar mit frischem Brot am Morgen überrascht. Wir können das Haus definitiv an alle weiter empfehlen, die einen ruhigen Urlaub abseits der Touristenmassen verbringen möchten und trotzdem nicht auf eine zentrale Lage verzichten wollen. Tolle Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen mit allem...

Wir waren in diesem kleinem tollen alten perfekt renovierten Haus und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts, in Bezug an Ausstattung. Vom Bettzeug über Handtücher bis hin zur Küchenausstattung. Kühlschrank mit gr. Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine usw. , sogar ein Geschirrspüler. Auf jeder Etage eine Klimaanlage. WLAN. TV mit deutschen Programmen. Eine kleine Terrasse und eine wunderschöne große Terrasse mit Tisch unter Weinreben mit gepolsterten Stühlen. Der Poolbereich, klasse, mit Liegen, Sitzecke, Sonnenschirm, Grillecke. Weintrauben und Feigen sowie Schnaps etwas Rotwein waren inklusive! Was will man mehr? Ach ja da war noch der sehr nette Vater des Vermieters, der immer hilft und Tipps gibt. Das Haus selber ist in einem kleinen Dorf, wo der Tourismus noch nicht angekommen ist. Bis zu den sehr schönen Stranden sind es aber nur so 20 KM. Resümee: Hier erlebt man keine Enttäuschung, Vladimir ist sehr zuverlässig und flexibel. Einfach buchen und glücklich sein!
