Sehr gutes Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Pula, um einen entspannten Familienurlaub zu genießen. Leichte Abzüge gibt es für die noch nicht fertiggestellte Zuwegung vor dem Haus (geschottert und holperig) sowie für die Ameisenstraße, obwohl es ganz amüsant war, den kleinen Tierchen zuzuschauen, wie sie jeden Krümel meiner Kinder in Teamarbeit davongeschafft haben :-). Pool und Sauna sind super. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist in Ordnung und leicht zu bewältigen. Die Einrichtung entsprach den Erwartungen, allerdings waren E-Herd und Backofen aufgrund der zu geringen Absicherung nicht gleichzeitig zu betreiben. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein "Sehr gut". P.S.: Achtung vor tagaktiven Mücken, die doch sehr penetrant sind.

Das Haus war in einem sauberen / ordentlichen Zustand. Man hat mehr bekommen als wir uns dachten. Allerdings sind Straßen in dortigen Umgebung noch ausbaufähig, was natürlich nicht in der Verantwortung der Vermieter bzw. bei Istra home liegt. Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Villa für Gruppen oder Familien sehr empfehlenswert. Ps. Ein kleiner Blick in das Gästebuch beschert ein kulinarisches Highlight.
