“Everything was great”

“The room was clean, the staff was helpful, the fitness center was pretty good for a hotel. Outdoor signage when driving up to the hotel for the first time needs to be improved. There are only temporary banners by the road currently, not a percent sign.”

“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“I had a 2 night stay at this location. The check in clerk was not very welcoming but seemed a bit like he could have been having a bad day. The room was not cleaned my second day there. I was not in the room all day nor did I have a do not disturb sign out. There was no reason for the cleaning staff not to clean my room. “Stayed on the property for about a week. When I got to the room the refrigerator deiced itself, causing water all over the floor. The individual room entry doors are horrible. They slam which causes the walls to vibrate. My rooms wall vibration is so bad that my room had a stress fracture in the drywall that went from the wall through the ceiling to the other wall. During the night, especially on the weekend, when people were up late around midnight, they would enter and exit the door would……
