In the wine village of VOUVRAY, 200m from the local shops and 150m from the tennis courts and the swimming pool, you will be seduced by this 70m² house with south-facing terrace to enjoy the sun and cooler sheltered interior courtyard.

Refurbished and decorated with photos of the attractions of the region (Vineyard, Loire, Castles), this house on two levels has a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room and the wooden terrace, a large master bedroom with bedding quality (Queen Size: 160 x 200), a bedroom with a single bed on the mezzanine (90 x 190) and a bed (140 X 190), a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Sehr liebenswert eingerichtetes Haus, alles vorhanden für ein paar schöne Tage. Gut fand ich die Infomappe mit Vorschlägen und Ratschlägen. Unkomplizierte und nette Vermieterin.
