The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. "Very clean and accommodating resort, short of no amenities. Staff are extra attentive and make you feel extremely comfortable especially when travelling with kids. Staff are amazing - arrived early and they did everything they possibly can to get the room ready well ahead of check in time which was great.
