  • Villa Dolores with private pool is located on the western coast of Istria, in the small place of Kloštar and offers a tranquil holiday experience in rural atmosphere for up to 8 people. Special feature of this villa is that it is suitable for disabled people (bedroom, shower room, pool).
    Luxury Villa Dolores consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite shower room and an additional steam shower room. Sofa in the living room can easily be converted into an additional bed for 2 persons.
    The outdoor area includes a huge private pool (12x6m), garden, children playground, 6 sun lounges and outdoor dining area with barbecue and a summer kitchen.
    Villa Dolores is fully air-conditioned. The nearest grocery store, bakery, ambulance, doctor, bank, fish market and beach can be found in Vrsar, 8,5 km distance from the villa. The house is placed at only 5 km from the famous Lim fjord.
    Villa Dolores is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.

Perfektion in jedem Detail - Villa Dolores

Einmalig schönes und erstklassig ausgestattetes Anwesen das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Haus ist sauber. geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und angenehm klimatisiert. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight - perfekt temperiert und immer sauber und glasklar. Das passende Poolhaus mit Grill, Tischtennisplatte und seperatem WC rundet das Erlebnis ab. Das gesamte Anwesen ist mit einer Mauer umzäunt und das das Auto parkt sicher innerhalb direkt vor der Haustüre und das Einfahren in das elektrische Rolltor super gemacht. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell, höflich, verlässlich und professionell und auch der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und für jede Frage offen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
