Amazing location with the train station and cable cars both a short walk away. The room was a good size and felt like it had been recently updated but the bathroom could do with a little work.

讚好：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us useful information about walks and transport. The room was compact, and the bathroom a little dated but city was all clean. Even in summer air conditioning was not needed. Free parking and easy walk to restaurants and the train station is 2 minutes walk away. From there you can travel using a day ticket for €7 to any of the stops the High Tatras network. Breakfast was fresh, but quite a lot of meat and egg dishes. Only issue was that we requested the room cleaning using the door hanger but very little was done. Wet bathmat was not changed, cups were not cleaned, surfaces were not cleared and beds were unmade. This was a little disappointing in an otherwise good stay.

Nice hotel close to ski slopes

Nice hotel in very good location if you using public transport. 5min from train station and ski slopes. Great choice of restaurants around. Breakfast was good for the price, just a shame that they don't have restaurant for the evening meal. Very nice and helpful staff, helped us to get a taxi to airport for 6 people.

Its a great place to stay. A classic old building, so don't expect an elevator. And right now there is construction on the grounds so parking is a bit... creative.

That hotel checks all boxes for me. You do not need a car. You are walking distance to the slope, the train station, everything. Awesome views, excellent breakfast buffet, amazing service. Everything was 10 out of 10. Definitely coming back.

Family weekend

Cozy place for a weekend away or a family trip. Nothing extraordinary and special. Rooms are clean and warm. I had a feeling that mattress, pillows, blankets and sheets were new. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The only disadvantage that there is no restaurant or bar within the facility and on a rainy day you need to look around for a place to have dinner. However, super delicious restaurants are 5-10 min walk from the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

I recently stayed at a hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was impressively clean, which immediately put me at ease during these times. The convenience factor was off the charts – not only was it close to both the cable car leading to the stunning mountain views, but it was also conveniently located near the railway station. It truly offered value for money compared to the quite pricey hotels in the vicinity. I was recommended a restaurant that belongs to the same hotel group, and I received a discount. It was also really enjoyable. Thank you and we will come back again.
